IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations over the next 60 days, maid service will only be provided for an extra charge of $45 per day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa. A $500 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) will be required at check in to cover any damage or missing items.  Envision Week and Holidays week, minimum rental is $2500 per night, 7 nights minimum

Finally back on the vacation rental market, this was once one of the top vacation rentals in the area due to its spectacular location - set in the jungle with breathtaking ocean and sunset views! Just renovated, the four-bedroom Casa de la Selva is back and looking better than ever! This very private vacation rental is located in the upscale neighborhood of Escaleras halfway between Uvita and Dominical. The sunset views from the large pool patio will take your breathe away. Sit back and relax with your favorite drink by your private infinity edge pool while watching the howler monkeys swing from tree to tree above your head.

The open concept living/dining/kitchen area looks out to the large pool patio and ocean-views through the large expanse of windows. This large window concept flows throughout the house and makes for a very bright and green setting. The homes has 2 sections divided by an open-air hallway from the parking area to the pool. The main house has the large common area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and on the other side of the hallway is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, studio with its own living area and kitchenette. Both parts open out onto the pool patio.
