This property is among the highest end lakefront properties in the entire Lake Tahoe area. Words can't do it justice. Just look at the photos. When you're on the grounds, you will be amazed. With lakefront access and views, this home's grounds and interior are like straight out of a luxury home magazine with the highest quality amenities in the area. You might just have to come up with your own words for it like "awespectaculous".
From the home, you can walk to numerous shops, restaurants, walk or drive to Heavenly Gondola. There are buoys available to rent to tie up your boat or water toy, just a couple of hundred feet from the property next door.

Note: After you book this home, you will be required to sign a brief Good Neighbor Contract. This is a requirement of City of South Lake Tahoe (this is based on the City's legal requirements to rent a VHR). The contract will state that you agree to follow all Vacation Home Rental Ordinances. Several of the most important laws will be outlined. Failure to sign this contract in a timely manner will cause your booking to be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee based on our advertised cancellation fee, based on the time of cancellation.
Please be advised that The City of South Lake Tahoe has implemented very aggressive enforcement of some Vacation Home Rental Ordinances with a zero tolerance policy. Failure to abide will result in a $1000 owner to guest, and $1000 citation to owner. Guests are liable to pay owner's citation if you were at fault.
1. No excessive noise anytime. No amplified music, loud talking outdoors. No Jacuzzi or any talking outside during quiet hours 10pm-8am. It’s ok to make reasonable speaking noise, play board games, watch tv, etc. inside the home, with windows closed during quiet hours. 2. No more than the maximum occupancy is allowed on the property at any time. If you have friends renting other units or staying at other property, you may not occupy the inside of one unit if it will exceed the maximum occupancy. You may however occupy the back lawn and other common areas. If code enforcement shows up, they will ask how many guests you have. Make sure you do not exceed the maximum occupancy. 3. No parties, special events, weddings, bachelor/ette parties are allowed at any time. 4. No visible trash may be left outside due to bears. All trash should be deposited inside a bear resistant trash bin.
Other rules:
1.Smoking or vaping of any product is not allowed in the unit or anywhere on the Sierra Shores property. 2.Pets are not allowed on the property 3.Please park cars only inside your garage or 1 of the 5 on site overflow parking spots. Or unlimited overflow parking across the street at Safeway. Please DO NOT PARK in the on site managers spot by front gate. DO NOT PARK in an area that may block other cars. Note on cancellation policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.

Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. Our stay in Lake Tahoe was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The communication was outstanding - clear and helpful before we arrived, and consistently responsive throughout our stay. The townhouse itself was beautiful, right on the lake, and even better than we expected.Everything was spotless and incredibly well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. The beds were super comfortable, which made relaxing after long days on the ski slopes.The location couldn’t have been better - close to Heavenly ski resort and convenient to everything we wanted to do.What truly stood out, though, was how kind and accommodating the host was. I had a large hiccup on my end, and they went above and beyond to work with me and make sure everything turned out smoothly. That level of care made a big difference.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful Lake Tahoe getaway!
We had a wonderful time with our family! The location was amazing and the accommodations were above and beyond! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and the patio was our favorite place to be for beautiful mornings viewing the lake to amazing sunsets in the evening! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous views & you are right on the lake! Easy access & very walkable to many Greta restaurants. The only challenge is the parking but all guests were very respectful of each other & worked together to make the best of it. Highly recommend this property!
Waking up on the shore of Lake Tahoe, this was the absolute idyllic location. Walkable to many restaurants and places to have a drink - we couldn’t have drawn up a better place to stay. Can’t wait to return!
6 adults had never been to Tahoe. This place did not disappoint. The location of the property was even better than anticipated. Easy to get around, immaculate property, and could not say enough good things about the ease and location. Top notch place that we'll go back to. Highly recommend!
As always Tahoe did not disappoint. We have stayed at this property before but not his particular unit. It was a wonderful stay. You can not beat waking up and being able to sit on the patio and watch the sunrise over the lake. The host was quick to respond which is always appreciated. We would definitely stay at this property again!!
Home was very nice though a bit dated. Needs carpet refresh and wood blinds repairs. We had an incident where we left the condo, locked all doors and came back to the back sliding glass doors ajar. It was very unsettling. Nothing was missing but someone had opened those doors. Reported to Dan the building manager.

Hi Albert,
We steam clean the carpets every slow season (Fall, Spring).
The door locks codes are pretty much tamper proof as they are changed constantly. It's highly unlikely anybody opened them other than your group. If you do not close them tight, they won't lock properly. If the doors are slightly ajar, they do slide open quite easily and on a windy day, they could have easily been pushed ajar slightly more if not properly locked.
The house is very nice, comfortable and amazing view. You can see the lake from the kitchen and family room. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need. You step out on the patio and it is awesome. the sunsets were amazing. You can walk to the lake. Everything about the house is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay, would love to go back
The location and property were top notch! We usually stay at the casinos, so we’re weren’t sure what to expect but this place met all of our wants and needs. It’s a short Uber or scooter ride to the casinos and restaurants and you can also walk straight across the street to Safeway to grab any drinks or food you need to stock the place up! My wife and I went with 2 other couples and it worked out fine, each couple had there own room and bathroom, although the one room does have two twin-size beds (only downfall, but they managed). Totally great experience overall and will definitely go back!
The villa itself was fantastic, unfortunately the amenities of the property were not as great. The pool was not clean, the beach smelled strongly of sewage and was not a swimmable beach due to brown sludge-like stuff washing ashore. That being said, the location is great and you can easily drive and hike to emerald beach and only a few minutes drive to Heavenly. Overall, we had a good stay.

We are sorry, California and Lake Tahoe is experiencing a once in a lifetime severe drought which means the water level is at record lows throughout the entire lake. This is completely out of anyone's control.
