Remodeled in 2021, this 4-bedroom multi-level townhouse in Lakeland Village comfortably accommodates 12. The open-concept second-floor living area is all about getting everyone together. Gather around the gas fireplace inlaid in a stone wall, or watch the HDTV mounted above. The floors in the living room are heated, so you'll stay extra comfy in winter. There's plenty of seating among the couches, and the table between them makes for a great space to play board games with friends and family. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 3 at the bar. The kitchen has updated appliances, including a dishwasher. Throughout the home you can enjoy HDTVs with cable and free WiFi.
This home does not have air conditioning.

Your stay includes access to all Lakeland Village amenities, including the private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and children's play area. Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., just a 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and within walking distance of Safeway, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling. Boat, SUP, and kayak rentals are within walking distance in the summer, and on-site ski and snowboard rental is available in the winter. Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

This home can host a maximum of 10 adults and up to 2 children under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7.

IMPORTANT: This home is not available through the on-site property management and does not include access to the maid service, shuttle van, or towel service. Linens and towels are provided in the home.

The host was very welcoming and checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. The property was clean and very well maintained. The location of the property made it very convenient for us to shop for things. Additional heaters, blankets and fans were provided for us to keep us warm. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great comfortable place with stocked kitchen for cooking in. Close walk to most areas along S. Lake Tahoe. Beware that there are multipe areas that need to be toddler proofed (floating stairs, railing gaps in loft) They nickle and dime you for the gates/baby stuff. Typical Vacasa which we have had poor service in past but they responded well this time.

This place was in a prime location very short, walk to the beach and restaurants. We liked the layout of the rental. They had necessary amenities for us such as coffee, ice, beach towels would definitely book a stay here in the future.

Great family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family of 9! Everyone had a bed to sleep in. The living/dining and kitchen area was roomy enough for all of us. It is conveniently located for all your needs while staying in Lake Tahoe. It was great to have all the amenities such as the pools, spas, and gym! The location is on the lake but not a lake view, but it is just a short walk out to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

A hidden gem of a property

It was an excellent property for a nice weekend. Home was really clean and had plenty of kitchen needs. My only gripe would be the electric grill. Not a fan of it, didnt get hot enough to cook on but I managed.

Wonderfuli including visits of 2 bears.

Perfect location for my family ages 1.5 to 82. Weather was fantastic and we were able to enjoy the lake, pools, hot tub, gym, and fireworks over the lake. Would definitely rent again.

Very pleased with our stay

Location is great, free parking, rooms and kitchen are comfortable and clean. The only downfall during our stay was that we did not notice right away that there’s a leak on the ceiling in the living room, not until the heavy rain. It was manageable, though. Overall, we had a great stay and I highly recommend this place..
