Bright apartment of 65 m2 for 5 people 300 m from the Sillon Beach and in the heart of a shopping district. Many free parking spaces are near the apartment. The TGV station is 2 km away. The heart of St MALO can be visited on foot, by bike or by bus from the apartment. This beautiful T3 is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, Tv, Wifi, etc ...)

Very nice, clean, and well equipped flat in a good location

We had a very pleasant stay in this flat. The communication was very friendly, the flat is equipped with really everything you need, and in a good location not far from the beach. Nearby there are also some shops and a very nice market on two days of the week. With a bus (bus stop just 100m away) you can reach St. Malo old city in a very short time. All in all, we loved this place.

Tolle Lage, charmantes Appartement

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Paramé. Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet, nichts hat uns gefehlt. Die Lage ist wunderbar, nahe zum Strand, nahe zu Geschäften und Bäckereien. Intra Muros ist mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Das Apartment war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank!

Endroit tres satisfaisant

Ayant sejourné debut septembre il faut faire attention que quelques restos sont fermes pour leur vacances. Situé sur une rue passante la chambre des maîtres est directement sur la rue et il est impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Pas de climatisation alors a prendre en consideration lors des chaleurs d’été , L’appartement est tres propre et bien equipé et le stationnement autour est facile. Nous avons apprecié notre séjour.

Proche plage, appartement au décor soigné et bien équipé

Accueil impec, facilité pour se garer tout près de l appartement. Celui-ci est très bien décoré et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement proche de toutes les commodités et à 750 m de la plage (9mn à pieds). En prime le propriétaire nous a doté d'une bouteille de cidre en guise de bienvenue !

L'appartement de Robert est très cosy, et très bien équipé. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier. Séjour agréable non loin de la plage

Gîte agréable conforme à l'annonce, situé le long d'une rue sans trop de passage. A 10 minutes d'une belle plage et à 100m des commerces du quartier de Parame. Literie et salle d'eau confortables. Petit bémol, la chambre adulte située côté rue avec l'arrêt de bus et un feu de circulation non loin: bruit de moteur du bus un peu gênant tôt le matin.

Die Wohnung lasst keine Wünsche offen und war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und war sehr sauber. Saint Malo spricht fur sich selbst. Von der Wohnung aus war alles gut zu erreichen. Wir würden sie wieder buchen.
