Logistics of the building need improvement

Nice clean property. Nice unit. Absolutely no issues with it. However, Building logistics fall way short, dysfunctional at times, and the building owners need to step up and fix it. Long waits of up to 20 minutes for elevators, a problem when you are on the higher floors. Pool frequently without towels. Beach ran out of chairs. Front desk too small for the needs of so many people. Resort destinations should always prepare for the busiest weeks, as was the one during which we visited.

Not what I expected

Unit was not the same unit advertised in the pics. Water pressure in shower was low. No Long mirror. No vending machines to get water. Some of the lights in unit need to be replaced. Overall not a great place

Dear guest, the pictures published are from our unit on the third floor, it has the same distribution, sq mtrs, equippement and view from the room you stayed. The room you stayed has better view than the one of the pictures, because is a high floor. Long mirror and vending machine is not listed on our facilities, so is not sth that we offered. About the water pressure, as its a brand new apartment some of this things are being adjusted for all the apartments, we are working on that now. Lights are all new, sometimes guest dont know how to turn them on, anyway we are checking them again. All the best.
