Buddy and Holly`s Beachfront Condo

Buddy and Holly`s Beachfront Condo was designed to give small families and couples the very best experience South Haven can offer. Our condo is part of the North Shore Condominiums which is the prime location in South Haven for beaches, parks, and festivals. A comfortable stroll across the Black River Bridge and you will be in the heart of the River Walk and in just another two blocks are the rest of the restaurants, shops, and farmers market. From our beach, you can walk along the lake for miles, even spotting the elusive beach glass or eagle family from time to time. Minimum of 7 day rentals required by law.

You will have complete access to the our unit and common association areas during your stay.

We will not be onsite during most of your stay, however we have many friends and co-owners who will be available. We are alway a phone call away 24X7.

We have an amazing location right on the lake. It is extremely close to town, restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities. Our locations is walkable and is very good for biking.

We have designated parking or one car. Street parking is also available. I-196 is close by.
Minimum of 7 day rentals required by law.

Beautiful condo and beach

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the beach view! The heated pool and private beach was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect beach holiday

This condo has everything you could need and more. It is well equipped and nicely maintained. Beautiful views of Lake Michigan, private beach and a beautiful pool, what’s not to love? Kathleen was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Highly recommended property.

Great location, outstanding view and comfortable!

This is a very nice vacation condo. Right on the (private) beach, close enough to town but just far enough away. The bed is very comfortable, as is the LR furniture. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the beach and on the deck, which is larger than the pictures make it seem. We met the owner, she is great! Very responsive. Fixing a minor problem which arose during our stay. We had beautiful sunsets over Lake Michigan seen from the deck or from the room!

Relax and Rejuvenate

This property was a nice change of scenery-inside and out. Inside we found everything we needed and then some. How nice to be provided with coffee! I like the fact that the refrigerator needs to be cleaned out even though it can be difficult to throw away good food, condiments, etc. It just made it be so much more sterile. The area is great especially if you enjoy walking. The deck and beach are perfect for relaxation. Kathleen was fantastic! She made sure that we had everything needed for an enjoyable week. We hope to be back again.

Beautiful views, directly on Lake Michigan

Living Room, kitchen and eating area, Bedroom and Bath. Direct views of the Lake from the Bedroom, Living Room, and eating area. Easy access to beautiful beach made for walking to the pier or sunning and swimming on the beach or large deck and pool area. Loved the sunsets and the sound of the waves. Wonderful pool, nice gas grills, plenty of lounges, tables, and chairs Host was very helpful, pleasant, and easily accessible. Facilities were well cared for, well equipped, and clean. Nice area and a nice walk to downtown. Only drawback if you have disability issues, was a lack of an elevator and some stairs. We would recommend highly this facility and host!

Wonderful stay on the beach in South Haven.

My husband and I LOVED the first floor unit right on the beach. It was bright and airy and you could hear the waves off Lake Michigan. We sat out every day, had our coffee, read our books and took long walks on on the beach. Great condo!

Perfect location with amazing view

We loved this condo for our summer vacation. This is our fifth visit to South Haven and this was our favorite rental to date. It was so convenient to walk outside to the pool, beach, and deck for morning coffee and evening meals by the lake. The condo is larger than we expected and was well equipped with kitchen items, towels, cleaning supplies etc. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Buddy and Holly's beachfront condo! The condo's view of and proximity to Lake Michigan can not be beat. The condo's pool and deck were top notch. Kathleen was very helpful with any questions we had. We will be back!

Great week in South Haven

Our family had a great week at this property. The condo was really nice, and manager Kathleen was very helpful and responsive. Great location—just had to step outside to the pool, or walk down the steps to the beach. The town’s shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Great location

The condo was perfect for our vacation. Great location. Beautiful views. Large deck which is shared with other owners and guests but has lots of room for everyone. Kathleen responds immediately to all questions and concerns. We would definitely return.

Once we visited friends, we fell in love with South Haven and knew we had to a part of this great town. South Haven has so many services and activities, with the best lakefront in town. Coming from Illinois, our views of Lake Michigan were mostly from Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, but now we get to have them year round.
