The cottage is newly renovated in a clean, simple style that will remind you of HGTV while giving you a true cottage feel. Relax in the rockers on the front porch or in front of the fireplace in the living room. The cottage features a full kitchen with quartz countertops, 2 full bathrooms with double quartz vanities and custom tiled showers with glass doors. The washer/dryer, air conditioning, and heating are all brand new for your comfort.

The cottage includes a downstairs queen bedroom, upstairs queen bedroom, upstairs twin bunk bed room and an upstairs full bedroom.

It comes stocked with kids toys, books, a couple beach chairs, a beach cooler bag, corn hole and games to use during your stay.

Conveniently located two blocks from the beach at the blue stairs and breathtaking sunsets over Lake Michigan! One block from the amazing Kids Corner playground, 5 blocks to the kids Splash pad and 5-6 blocks from downtown. Plus steps away from the paved Van Buren State Park Trail and a short ride to the Kal-Haven 33.5 mile trail for biking, running or walking.

Our cottage is open for year round fun and is the perfect winter retreat! Walk, cross country ski or snowmobile the Kal-Haven trail. Ice skate downtown in a festive atmosphere or go downhill skiing at Timber Ridge or Bittersweet 35-45 miles away. Take in a movie at Michigan Theatre of South Haven or play the over 65+ retro video games and pinball games at Rocket Arcade. Then shop and dine downtown after viewing the lighthouse in all of it’s winter glory! End the day by coming home to relax in front of a warm, cozy fireplace.

The cottage sits on a double lot in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The property features a custom brick firepit and open grassy area is to the right of a large brick patio/driveway. This space is perfect for making memories with friends and family.
