Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure to sign out of any streaming devices you may signed into.
Please make sure to walk the property so no personal belongs are left behind.
Please turn off lights on your way out and make sure to leave patio keys and pool keys by front door and lock front door when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Follow posted rules and hours for the pool and dog park. No glass in the pool area. Lost pool key, patio key, or garage opener replacement: $250 each.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. No smoking indoors; violations will incur a minimum fine of $1,500.
Cleaning is required every 3 weeks for $165 during longer stays. No subleasing allowed; violations will result in cancellation without refund.

What makes this property unique

It is in the only community that has a dog park in the community. One story so don't worry about any stairs or anybody above or below you !! large home with large living room large bedrooms that are on opposite sides of the home.
