Sandy's space is comfortable and clean! The unit has all the comforts of your home, including a fully equipped kitchen and bedroom essentials. The location is ideal, and on-site amenities were perfect for our elementary aged girls. We highly recommend this listing, and look forward to returning! Our host was very attentive and quick to answer questions!

Simple with all the amenities

Perfect stay. 30 min from RMNP. Grand Lake was beautiful with a lot of local hiking. East Inlet was our favorite to Lone Lake. Room has everything needed.

Love the Studio

This studio was perfect for the 2 of us. Sandy and Ryan"s place had everything you could need. Very comfortable bed, Full size fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Used pool and hot tubs. Location was great, near grocery store and nearby Granby. When in the area stay at this place

We had a wonderful time visiting the Grandby area and Rocky Mountain National Park. Ryan and Sandy’s condo was perfect for our stay and easy access to the area. Their condo was so nice and very attractive band comfortable. We would highly recommend their place!!

Except for our Vrbo Host, Sandy Cary, who did NOT send our reservation to the front check in, we had a great stay. The Check-in person was very helpful and contacted Sandy for our reservation info. The place was clean and well equipped. We will return in the future.

Rocky Mountain Relaxation

We very much enjoyed our condo at Silvercreek. We had everything we needed. The appliances were beautiful and all of the upgrades in the bath and kitchen were top notch. The central location is perfect between Fraser and Grand Lake. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Cute and Cozy!

We stayed for a week! We loved it. Everything about the room was great. Bed is super comfy. There were fans to use. Everything you need. Decorated very nicely. A lot of things in the facility weren’t open due to COVID but we got out and did a lot. She gave us lots of suggestions. It was really nice to come back from being out all day and relax in the comfy bed. We loved our stay here. Owner is very friendly and helpful!

Cozy and Inviting

It was exactly like the picture showed. Having the little pond and water fountain just outside the patio made it really relaxing. Updated throughout made it very inviting. Would stay again in #120. The lodge itself could use some updating. Out of 4 hot tubs, (2 outside and 2 inside) only one was working. Other than that, I recommend this condo unit and give it 5 stars.

There were many things that made cooking easy, a nice patio with table and chairs and comfy bed. We came to bike and found good trails nearby. We recommend this rental.

Cozy cooldown

We had an amazing time escaping the Texas heat. The space is even better than the pictures. There are lots of extra blankets and pillows if you need them. It was so nice to have breakfast on the patio every morning and watch the geese families swimming around. Location is great for going to RMNP and is the best side for moose viewing. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time!

My brother and I had a blast experiencing Granby. Perfect location to Granby Ranch, which I highly recommend for anyone learning to ski or snowboard. Such a great time and the place was very clean and up to date!

My son Ryan and I are doing this venture together! His love for the mountains and constant convincing that we needed a place in the mountains led us to this point. When I was growing up, my family always had cabins up in the mountains of Colorado. We visited them a lot. My dad was a minister and he took bus loads of young people skiing in Colorado almost the whole time I was growing up! My Mom was born in Colorado Springs and my grandparents lived there off an on for decades. My grandfather would take my family on long drives through the mountains and we would pack a picnic lunch and my grandfather would always find the perfect place to stop, eat and soak in the scenery! Consequently, loving Colorado has always been a part of my life. Ryan and I are so excited to share our beautiful place with others. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed making it a special place!

Why they chose this property

We didn't even look at anything else! My son Ryan found this gem the minute it went on the market and convinced me to immediately go and look at it. I told Ryan I really wasn't sure I was ready to do this venture but the minute I opened the door, I fell in love! That was it. We bought it and we are now the proud owners! We hope you get the same feel when you open the door!
