What a tremendous location, walking distance to everything in town, and right outside of the national park. Cabin had everything we needed. Would 100% recommend.

Perfect couples cottage

Had an awesome stay at this cute, little cottage. We spent most of our time in RMNP and this was a perfect home base. It's very close to the park so early starts before the 9 am when entry permits are required was easy. Close to the market and dining options in town.

Rustic cabin

This place is perfect if you are an outdoors lover. The cabin is great for overnights and the basics. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park with access to many trails. Owner is very responsive.

Janet's property was clean, cozy, and incredibly located! We were a quick walk to downtown and a 5 minute drive to the North Inlet trailhead to Cascade Falls. We had everything we needed including extra games, books, and movies. Janet was so easy to communicate with, check-in and check-out was a breeze, and we could not have had a better stay!

Great Little Cabin

The cabin was perfect for what we needed. Allowed quick access to Rocky Mountain National Park and the sweet town of Grand Lake. Had a wonderful time.

This cabin was a fabulous place. It had everything we needed. There were a couple of issues (e.g., with the TVs, etc.), but Janet responded quickly and worked with us to resolve the issues. Some things that I especially appreciated were the washer and dryer, the full-size refrigerator (with ice trays), and the location in walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend!

Simple and relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay. Walked everywhere from the cabin. It was great to leave the car behind. Not a lot of dishes there for more than 2 people.

Perfect cozy cabin!

Beautiful place and location. Perfect size for a couple but there were plenty of visitors in the log book that had a great time with more than two people. Gorgeous views definitely walkable to town and restaurants though the hill up to the property may be challenging for some. This was perfect for our ten year anniversary trip. Thanks for having us!

This cabin is in a great location. Easy walk into town. There was very early morning construction next door during our stay, which was a bummer but not the fault of the cabin... Very tiny cabin, but my son and I had enough of room. He is 6'3 so the ceiling was very low for him. The beds were comfortable, the cabin was clean, and the fridge is big. On the down side the shower is VERY small and the kitchen is tiny. It is really meant for just one person at a time. overall, we were very happy with it, and would recommend.

Cute place!

I’ve been coming to Grand Lake for 20 years. This place offers nice ambiance and a good place to sleep. It’s just a short walk to town (a couple blocks). It’s really a perfect setting to get away from the town. Very quiet at night with lots of stars in the sky. This was a nice place to stay with 2 smaller kids and a couple.

We love Grand Lake! We bought our very first vacation rental here in 2011. We fell in love with this little cabin that is convenient to downtown and just had to add it to our rental portfolio! The views are breathtaking and no matter what season you visit Grand Lake it's an adventure!
