On the ground a pretty wooden chalet offers an additional air-conditioned bedroom (ch. 3). We had a great stay in the house. It was clean and had all accessories available.Our kids loved the pool! The bar area near the pool was nice.The owner was helpful.We recommend this place. We can’t think of anything negative.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and an eight minute walk from a bus stop that takes you directly into Antibes. A twenty minute walk will take you to Biot train station. The house has air-conditioning throughout and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cooking utensils and the fridge and freezer are a good size. There is an annex with a double bed and separate shower bathroom which is good for those seeking some extra privacy. The pool area is exceptional, very clean and practical with sun loungers and chairs as well as plenty of shade from the sun if you need it. Towels are provided and there is a BBQ area as well as an outside bar with it's own sink and fridge. The host Tierry was very helpful and explained everything about the house. He left his personal mobile number if we should need to contact him and he provided everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property and Thierry and would say the outside area and pool alone make it well worth staying a little further out from the centre of Antibes.

Mis-sold

I was very disappointed to find that we had not booked the complete villa. One of the bedrooms was locked and the owner would not open it. Myself and my partner spent the first week with just the two of us. My partner s son and her mother came over to spend the last week .one of them had to sleep in the shed ,which is actually the third bedroom . Not the worst shed in the world mind you, but still a shed .i found this a little annoying as the villa was not so cheap. Other than that and a problem with the electricity supply to the shed, everything else was as we expected

Ich glaube, Sie haben die Beschreibung der Unterkunft nicht gut gelesen. Ich erinnere euch: " Im Erdgeschoss öffnet sich das Wohnzimmer zum Pool, während Sie im Obergeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer, von denen eines über ein eigenes Bad verfügt, auf Sie warten. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein hübsches Holzchalet mit einem zusätzlichen, klimatisierten Schlafzimmer (Kap.3)." Der geschlossene Raum war ein Schrank, in dem ich meine persönlichen Gegenstände aufbewahren konnte. Ich entschuldige mich für dieses Missverständnis. Darüber hinaus gibt es auf den Präsentationsfotos einen detaillierten Plan der Schlafgelegenheiten. Das Chalet ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und es gibt ein nebeneinander liegendes Duschbad. Was das elektrische Problem betrifft, so wurde ich nicht informiert, daher weiß ich nicht, was ich sagen soll. Ich bin Elektriker. Für den Preis bin ich laut Abritel durchschnittlich. Es tut mir leid, dass ich eine schlechte Bewertung für einen Fehler Ihrerseits erhalten habe (Sie wollten 4 Zimmer, obwohl es nur 3 sind), in einer Bewertung sollten Sie auch die anderen Kriterien beachten und keine 1-Stern-Bewertung für ein Missverständnis abgeben, das für mich nachteilig ist. Aber die anderen Bewertungen beweisen, dass mein Haus sehr gut für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt und einen wunderbaren Urlaub in unserer schönen Region ist.

Casa bellissima! Perfetta per gruppi di amici coppie o famiglie, piscina, area bar esterna, barbecue, campo da bocce, calcetto, Ping pong flipper!! C’è n’è per tutti adulti e bambini! Posizionata in una zona tranquilla a meno di 10 min di macchina da Antibes. Thierry è stato super gentile e disponibile! Il giardino è chiuso e indipendente perfetta anche se avete un cane.Bellissima vacanza

Der Aufenthalt war Traumhaft... Das Haus biete alles was man braucht und der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett. Der Check-In beinhaltete eine kurze Runde mit dem Vermieter, der uns alles zeigte und erklärte auf was wir achten sollen. z.b. die in Frankreich übliche Alarmanlage für den Pool, oder auch die etwas empfindliche Marmor Küchenzeile. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was benötigt wird. Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine mit Filter oder Kapseln, ausreichend Teller und Besteck. Alle Räume klimatisiert was bei den Temperaturen in diesem Jahr perfekt war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und komme bestimmt nochmal vorbei.

Ein schönes Haus mit einem tollen Pool, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Gastgeber Thierry führt einen gründlich zur Einführung durch das Haus und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es besteht eine problemlose Parkmöglichkeit an der Straße (Sackgasse) direkt vor dem Haus. Der Pool wird 1-2 mal pro Woche durch den Gastgeber gereinigt.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus bietet viele Angebote wie z.B. Boccia und eine Tischtennisplatte und und und, sowie eine Außenbar :) und einen schönen Pool. Leider sind vom Vermieter noch Lebensmittel und andere Sachen im Haus. Ansonsten war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit und wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben sich gut um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :) Auch für unseren kleinen Hund war der Aufenthalt super, da das Haus komplett umzäunt ist und man sich daher keine Sorgen machen muss

Das Mietobjekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alle Sachen vor Ort waren schon über Jahre gebraucht und abgenutzt z.B. ein kaputter Ledersessel , Sitzkissen defekt bzw. eingerissen, Geschirr unvollständig Fahrräder ca 30 Jahre alt und nur teilweise funktionsfähig Thierry war immer sehr bemüht und freundlich um alles nett zu gestalten Wir haben den Urlaub trotz anfänglicher Start Schwierigkeiten genossen

Certes les vélos sont vieux mais ils sont gratuits et servent à faire un peu de sport ou aller chercher du pain. Si un vacancier veut des vélos récents, je peux en louer à 10 euros / jour. Le fauteuil de massage a été déchiré en début de saison et je n'ai pas pu le réparer à temps mais encore une fois c'est un plus dans ma location. Certains dessus de sièges ont été dans la piscine et ont pris l'eau, forcement certains sont dégradés. Je les remplacerai pour 2023. La location est tout compris, pas de location de drap, serviettes même de plage. Je prends note qu'à l'arrivée je ferai valider les choses.

Ein schöner Ort für einen Familienurlaub

Positiv ist die ruhige Lage des Objektes, der Pool und die angebotenen Freizeitmöglichkeiten mit Tischtennis, Darts und Flipperautomat, wer es mag. Wer im Urlaub Fernsehen möchte, bekommt optimale Möglichkeiten geboten. Das Haus ist super klimatisiert, alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage. Eine Überraschung ist, dass die 5. und 6. Person in einem Anbau und nicht im Haus schlafen müssten. Weiterhin ist das 2. Bad im Anbau mit 2. Schlafzimmer. Das Mobiliar, die Handtücher, Bettzeug und Badezimmer sind gepflegt und sauber, aber es lässt sich nicht verleugnen, dass alles schon einige Jahre alt ist. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind benutzbar, genügen allerdings nicht Ansprüchen des modernen Bikens. Man kommt damit nach Antibes, zum Strand und zum Bäcker. Thierry ist nett und immer erreichbar und sorgt für Problemlösungen, wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftreten.

Schöner Urlaub mit mehr Potenzial

Inserat war ziemlich zutreffend. Die Lage war optimal, sehr ruhige Lage. Man muss schon mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war super, hat sich sehr bemüht mit uns zu kommunizieren( er kann Französisch und gutes Englisch). War sehr freundlich. Aussen Anlage war sehr gepflegt, auch der Pool...leider war es im Haus sehr abgenutzt, könnte eine Renovierung vertragen...Trotzdem kann man das Haus beruhigt weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus, super Ferien!

Tolles Haus mit vielen Extras

Es ist ein tolles Haus. Bei den vielen Extras, wie z.B. Fahrräder, Boccia, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, kleine Fußballtore… wird keinem Kind langweilig. Als Highlight natürlich der Pool und die Barbeleuchtung. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Lovely house in quiet residential area not far from the beach

We have had a lovely week in this house which has fully lived up to our expectations. The house is perfectly located between Nice and Cannes both of which can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car. There is a nice beach at Juan-Les-Pins and the old town of Antibes (which is a beautiful old Mediterranean town) is definitely worth a visit as well, both of which are less than a 15 minute drive from the house. The house has many nice activities in addition to a nice pool, we enjoyed playing table tennis, petanque, and riding the 4 mountain bikes, you also get to a playing on the pinball machine, so this is a great house for the active family. Communication with landlord Thierry has been really good as we do not speak French everything has been in English and has been completely hassle free. Definitely a recommendation from us Best regards Christian from Denmark

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans l’ensemble. Concernant la maison, Elle est très bien équipée flipper, table de ping-pong, piscine, fauteuil massant, piano et autres. Nous avons adoré l’extérieur. Néanmoins la vaisselle était sale et il manque de la verrerie (verre à vin, eau.. ) La localisation de la maison est très bien, tout à moins de 10 minutes en voiture (supermarché, restaurants, foire...) Et grandes villes à proximité ( Cannes, Nice, Juan les pins...) Néanmoins, attention à la musique car la voisine ne ce gênera pas pour venir vous le dire même en pleine journée. Pour finir, nous avons été très déçu du comportement du propriétaire à notre départ. En effet il s’est permit de nous faire des plusieurs réflexions qui n’avaient pas lieu d’être. Par exemple le fait que nous ayons pas sortis les poubelles alors qu’on l’a fait toute la semaine. Nous avons eu le malheur de lui préciser qu’il manquait des saladiers, d’un air froid il nous a dit qu’il connaissait sa maison, qu’il y en avait, il fallait chercher

J'ai pris note des remarques particulières concernant le manque de verres qui selon moi était suffisant. Pour le reste des équipements, je suis joignable par téléphone en permanence et je réponds à chaque demande de mes locataires immédiatement, donc il fallait me signaler les choses et j'aurais réagi de suite. Pour les poubelles, je suis intransigeant pour le respect des locataires suivant qui n'ont pas à se charger des poubelles des autres. Pour le bruit et les voisins, malheureusement je ne suis pas responsable. Mais je demande à mes locataires de me signaler le moindre incident afin de trouver un accord et de vivre en bonne harmonie.
