My wife and I had a wonderful getaway. The house was perfect for our long weekend — clean, well laid out, and featuring a great backyard. The hot tub was an added bonus.The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown, Folly Beach, and The Pour House just a short walk away for live music.David and Deidra were wonderful hosts, very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Charleston.
Stayed for a long weekend on a girls trip for the food and drink festival. Great location - use Uber!! Hot tub was fantastic. Hosts were wonderful. Highly recommend.

I stay in Charleston a lot. This is the best one as far as all around value. Super nice house with lots of parking and a very nice backyard to enjoy. Comfortable beds and a large kitchen with dining area for a decent size group. The location is close to excellent food options and it's not far at all from the downtown area. And the hosts checked in on us a few times through our visit and made sure we didn't need anything. I will definitely check this property first for availability on my future trips.
House was beautiful and in a great location to visit Charleston and the surrounding areas. Everything was well stocked and the hot tub was a great addition to relax in at night. We were on a friends trip, but this house is set up great for families as well!

Great neighborhoodVery clean! They had a assortment of snacks set out for us! Hot Tub was great! The house set up was nice and comfortable! The beds had the absolute best mattresses! We would definitely go back again!
This is my second time staying at this location- I would book it again and highly recommend it! The location is close to drive to downtown charleston but its a comfortable, quiet neighborhood, less hectic thank staying downtown. The fenced in back yard is great if you have a dog, it feels private. The place is as pictured/described and had everything I needed for my stay. Also there are restaurants and grocery stores a short drive away. Folly beach is also a short drive away.
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon last week. Home clean, quiet, cozy and exactly as pictured! Location was perfect- close to downtown!10/10 would stay here again!
