Watch skiers on the mountain during the day and the full mountain display of lights at night from the three sliding glass doors showing off their amazing views. From the well-equipped kitchen, to the wood-burning fireplace, to the many TVs and high speed internet access, this home is ready for a truly memorable vacation. A spacious and furnished deck, complete with a gas grill, is set for outdoor enjoyment – just bring the fun!
Less than a mile away, Camelback Mountain Resort features skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and zip-lining, as well as the Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark, voted 2019 USA Today’s #1 Indoor Waterpark! Grab a bite to eat at one of many local restaurants including Trails End Pub for hearty American grub and cocktails, or Berrelli’s Family Style Italian, both within a mile-and-a-half of this rental. And indulge in a little retail therapy at the nearby outlet shopping center, four miles east. The adventures never stop at Camelback!
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation. The shared pool is not accessible. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This is a 'Single Family Unit'. The HOA's rules state: This rental unit shall be used and occupied and/or constructed for single-family residential purposes only and for no other purpose. ‘Single-family’ shall mean a group of one or more persons, related by blood or marriage, who maintain a common household”. No guests outside of the family will be permitted.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Clean but not the cleanest - other than that no issues. Easy check in and check out. Complete kitchen w appliances. Great location close to grocery and other shops conveniently . Would stay again!
Great, comfortable clean place to stay in a very safe neighborhood.
The ad says it’s 7.62 miles from Pocono racetrack however it’s actually more like 16 miles and 33 minutes.
The property was generally clean. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The beds, however, were too soft. Some of the kitchen pots and pans were in terrible condition and unusable.

Property overall was just great.. pans needs to be replaced got a nasty burn cooking. The mattress in master bedroom was horrible needs to be replaced! Also make it clearer to guest that you can’t use pool! We were really disappointed when found out day before coming no access to the pool! Overall it was a good experience 😊

The place is serene . The only issue that I encountered was that there was no clarity regarding parking rules . I didn’t know I had to park the car facing a certain direction even though the entire block was empty with only 2 cars, a ticket to as place on my car , not a good way to enjoy vacation especially if you are trying to run away from ticket infested NY state . HOA has rules that are so ambiguous to a vacationer trying to enjoy vacation .

I really enjoy the location so convenient close to shopping , gas , supermarket. property was very quiet. But I think it needs a lot of updating. Bed makes noise , is not comfortable and living room recliner needs to be changed, kitchen utensils like knifes to prep food also needs to be changed .. the cleaning part also has to be addressed. property fee is so high is like if you were paying an extra day when you are actually not.
other than that house was nice just need indeed lots of improvements and be cleaned more properly

not what I expected but enjoyed and is an experience
The property was in a good location nearby stores , gas and supermarket .. other than that I believe the property needs to work on getting updated living room seating area the recliner is a must to be change , and kitchen utensils that actually works.. who ever takes care of cleaning the property and getting it ready for next traveler do not do a great job. Price overall very high for a property that’s indeed of lots of upgrading.. Went with my family to go trail hikes and see waterfalls and had a great quality time
Thank you for having us and love how the agency they kept in communication by email and text alert . check in was a breeze and check out as well. I would had given a 5 stars 🌟 but there were several things that has to be corrected

Great Time!
My family stayed here for 3 nights and we found the home clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We would recommend this home as a place to stay when visiting Camelback!
The house was clean and stocked with anything that could make our stay more convenient. The layout is ideal as the common area is open and airy while the bedrooms are still nice and private. The roaring fireplace warmed us up after a couple cold days on the mountain.
Speaking of the mountain, this property is the easiest drive possible to Camelback's parking lot. We'll stay here again on our next trip to the area.
Our stay was great the check in process was easy, place was clean and the location was right across from the mountain!

We loved the mountains. However, the accommodations were
deplorable. We spent too much time cleaning the bathroom,
shower curtain liner and the kitchen. We did not have enough
time to clean the Keurig and other items. We deserve a refund.

Dangerous steps
While I liked the condo itself, the night I arrived there were no lights on and it was very dark. The first step down to the condo is much deeper than the other stairs. With no lights to guide me I mis-judged the depth, rolled my ankle and fell. My ankle swelled up and I could not ski with my family, which was the whole point of the trip. This trip was to celebrate my birthday and it was depressing to only watch my family ski and not be able to ski myself.
To prevent future accidents like this I wrote to Vacasa to suggest that they put lights on a schedule where they turn on automatically at sunset.
Vacasa did not reply to me. The lack of communication is very disappointing. Hopefully there is no long term damage to my ankle.
If you stay at this property and arrive at night with no lights be sure to use the flashlight on your phone to light your way!

Stunning direct winter views of Camelback Ski Resort from the first floor living/dining space as well as the master. Clean home and comfortable accomodations. We will certainly visit again!
