Your Camelback getaway, but way more stylish! Welcome to our fully renovated townhouse. Large living and balcony provide roomy stay to relax after nature activities. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for family dinner. GRILL on balcony! House is located directly in Camelback Area. Waterpark and local mall outlets within a short drive away.
Enjoy access to community indoor Pool & Hot tub, Fitness Center, Indoor Tennis/Pickle Balls/Basketball Courts (open hours: Sun-Thur 9AM-4:30PM & Fri-Sat 9AM-7:30PM).
Upon booking, we will send you the community form for guests and cars info to request your parking permits.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
If you used grill, please clean it, empty and wipe the drip pan. Grease must be disposed of in the garbage only — do not pour it down the drain or on the ground.
Take all garbage to the trash compactor, located on the base of the mountain, where the overflow parking area is, on the right side before the Exit Gate from the community
Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and press START, clear sink area for housekeeping when you check-out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Provide copy of ID within 24 hours of booking (name on ID must match name on the credit card that was used to pay booking)
By booking, the primary guest confirms they have read and accepted the waiver for all guests, as outlined in the rules under rental agreement.
Guests are requested to dispose of their own trash, depositing it in to the trash compactor located by the exit from the community

Townhouse located within walking distance to Camelback Ski Slopes (to ski down, no need to drive), 5 minutes drive to Camelbeach outside waterpark and Auquatopia indoor waterpark, Camelback Adventures, Big Pocono State Park with scenic views, picnic areas and lots of hiking trails. Short drive to Crossing Premium Outlet Shopping Mall, Paintball Asylum and Supermarket.
