This stately Palmetto Dunes home is just a few sandy steps from the beach. It is the perfect island oasis with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and multiple living spaces inside and out. The circular drive and grand entranceway set the stage for what is inside. The main floor offers a beautiful sitting and reading spot, which welcomes you to an open kitchen, living room, and dining room in one open living area. Off of the dining room, French doors lead to a covered balcony overlooking the courtyard with the pool and spa. A great family fun room includes a mini kitchen and pool table. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This island estate is excellent for family time all gathered in one room, as well as, private time reading or sunning. Your dream island retreat awaits!

Beautiful Large Home One Block from the Beach

My husband and I rented #7 Armada a year in advance after our 50th anniversary Mediterranean Cruise for the family got cancelled in 2020 due to Covid. We decided we’d take our children and grandchildren to a nice place in the USA. This Mediterranean-style house did not disappoint. The beautiful private pool out the French Doors from the foyer was so wonderful. When the grandchildren came in from the beach, they could jump in. The elevator made this 2 story home very accessible and was a godsend for bringing up luggage from the driveway level. The kitchen was very well appointed and convenient. The 10 foot table seated all 11 of us with no problems. We had 6 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 8 to 13. We love Palmetto Dunes and this elegant, spacious home was the perfect place to for us!

25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

We came with our 5 children, my mom, and best friends to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The house was ideally located and designed for large gatherings and communal eating/playing/relaxing. It was super convenient that the house comes with bikes and the ability to heat the pool/spa. The kitchen is very well stocked and the furniture is quite comfortable. I was surprised, however, to discover that one of the bedrooms is actually a mother in law suite that only has an outside access. That was not mentioned in the description and initially was a problem as younger kids were going to be sleeping in that room. We made adjustments and it worked out but renters should know about that space before hand. We also had some communication problems initially with the managing company in regards to the pool that wasn’t heated even though we had paid for it to be heated. The problem went on for 3 of our 6 days that we stayed. We were initially told we would not receive any refund for the missed days but, thankfully, someone there agreed that it was right to refund that amount. So, in the end, the managing company was helpful and acted in a just and kind manner. We loved our stay and already looked for available weeks in the summer. I hope we make it back very soon!

We had everything we needed. Great location. Would rent there again. 1 small thing needs potholders. Other than that everything was exceptional.
