Well stocked kitchen, with everything we needed to prepare food for a large group. Hot tub was great! Beds were comfortable and there were extra mattresses and air mattress to accommodate people who didn’t want to share a queen bed. Host Mike was very helpful with questions throughout the stay!

Not only amazing views, but amazing home. The pictures don’t do just to how nice this home is. From the quiet neighborhood and ease to local attractions to the high quality of furnishings and pure bliss this home has to offer.Three very impressive aspects include the host, the comfort of the home and the improvements that have been done to the house. The host is beyond knowledgeable of the area and immediately makes anyone feel at home. They are very prompt to reply to questions and concerns and truly care about a person’s stay.The comfort that comes with this home is beyond words. Each room is elegantly decorated, but comfortable enough that one doesn’t feel stuffing. Each detail adds to the stay. One can see and appreciate all the little things done at this property to make a person “feel at home” and there are some wonderful items to help a person truly relax. From the indoor hot tub and sauna to the amazing views and peace.One side note, our stay included 6 days/5 nights and I would recommend not having small children with you. Our grandkids loved everything, but the property is big and we chased them continuously. This was our bad and has nothing to do with the house or host. This house is perfect to rest and get away…not chase your grandkids. Leave the little ones at home and truly enjoy this wonderful home.

The hot tub was awesome and the house had plenty of room for us (there were 3 couples) could have easily had another couple. We didn't cook much but the kitchen had all that we needed if we were to cook.

Exactly where you need to stay

Our family was celebrating high school graduation. The house was excellent! There are a ton of stairs so we were worried about the little ones but it worked well. There is so much space that if we had needed a break from one another, we wouldn't have seen each other. The outdoor areas were our favorite. Quiet and peaceful. I think there are 5 different areas to hang out outside and we used them all!

Family Fun

This home provided our family with plenty of space in comfortable rooms and an equally spacious yard with decks to enjoy fun in the sun (also shade when needed.) Michael is an excellent host and made sure we were thoroughly informed about all the house had to offer. The location is ideal to Rocky Mt College as we were in town for a graduation there. Located close to the fairgrounds, restaurants and plenty of trails along the rim rock. An awesome and luxurious stay!

Not up to VRBO standards

Mike was a nice host and a good communicator. The house was a good size for our group of 6 adults and 3 young children. Unfortunately, we had to do significant cleaning upon our arrival. Lots of dead bugs on the floors, dusty, mouse poop in kitchen cabinet, crumbs on the table, crusted food on utensils, dirty clothes in hamper, open drinks in fridge, food remnants in basement, cigar butts in flower pots, broken glass bottles in backyard, etc. Also found a condom wrapper under a bed and fishnet lingerie in a closet. Mike was generally receptive to our feedback, had someone come clean the kitchen again, and provided a small discount when we asked. We regularly vacation in VRBO homes and this house fell far short of the expectations we have of a property rented on VRBO.

Excellent home, location not what we expected

Mike is a great host with a wonderful home, he was very helpful and personable and there was plenty for us to do around billings. We didn't quite expect the house to be as into town as it was, but we ended up having a wonderful time regardless! Thanks again Mike for your hospitality.

Beautiful Home for a Large Family

This house is amazing and perfect for family gatherings. The view is wonderful. Mike was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any request. I recommend booking this property during your stay in Billings.
