If you can imagine a getaway in a uniquely designed tiny house that is built on 60+ acres of wide open and stunning landscape, then you have captured a glimpse of this rare find. This beautiful tiny house is all yours to enjoy such amenities as a glass garage door that can be opened to experience nature from your kitchen table or a fireplace to cozy up to when the temps are cold. You can enjoy coffee in the morning from your private deck and keep your feet warm in the winter with heated floors.
Old Pine Retreats mission is to create space for guests to Retreat, Rest and Restore. Our core values include: Accessibility, Beauty, Solitude and Slow Time.
The Boho Bungalow at Old Pine Retreats is a tiny house that is located in the Lockwood area just minutes outside of Billings! This house is located 15 minutes from MetraPark Arena, 20 minutes from both hospitals and downtown Billings, as well as 25 minutes to the Zoo and Shiloh Crossing. The best part is that you will feel like you are in the middle of a remote forest.
The last 2 miles of road to the house is a dirt road. The road is steep and can get muddy in spots. We recommend vehicles with all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive capabilities. During the winter months, 4 wheel drive will be essential. Due to limited parking spots, vehicles with trailers are not allowed.
This house is one of three that make up Old Pine Retreats. Each house is approximately 100 yards apart from each other. However, guests will hardly see the neighboring houses as the trees and design of each house is such that guests will have your own private space.
The additional 3 houses on the property (1027, 1029 and 1018 Restoration Way) are the hosts' private homes. These houses are also situated to provide privacy for each of the guest houses. Hosts are available for any guest needs during their stay.
The house itself is a beautifully designed 500 square foot space that was created for the purpose of guests to enjoy all that nature has to offer! The glass garage door and 12' x 35' private deck offers indoor/outdoor living. The radiant heat and gas fireplace are nice features when the weather is cold.
Guests can read any of the books on-sight, catch a movie on the smart TV, or simply enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the land. This truly is a place where you can find rest and soul care.
Guests have the entire Boho Bungalow house, the deck and designated parking spaces to themselves. Due to the limited parking lot space, vehicles with trailers will not be allowed.
The landscape has rolling hills, trees, ravines, cliffs and wildlife. Outside of the 3 houses which make up Old Pine Retreats, the nearest neighbor is half a mile away.

This was the best home away from home for our honeymoon! The patio was perfect for hanging out in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee. The house came fully equipped with everything you could think of and the views were just spectacular!
This tiny house is beautiful and the scenery is spectacular. We really enjoyed the firepit on the deck and the bed and couch were comfy! We’ll be back! Awesome hosts too with hiking and restaurant recommendations!

It was a perfect cutest pretty little bungalow that my husband and I enjoyed the stay. My husband is a carpenter and he looked around and he said the people that built this did a great job!
My husband and I stayed at this adorable tiny home on our wedding night. It’s the perfect little getaway without having to go to far. It was super clean as well.
This was the absolutely the most adorable tiny home. It was beautifully decorated and sported a refreshing view of nature. The home was very comfortable and had every thing we needed to relax and unwind. We will visit this jewel again. Thanks for perfect peace!
Such a perfect little escape, the wooded area was just so peaceful and serene. My husband and I where only there for a night but we felt just so relaxed the next day!
Fantastic surprise. The first thing you smell is the pine as you look at the beautiful view from the deck. This place is so cozy and tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities, and a nice surprise was being able to open up the garage door window to the expansive deck outside. I enjoyed the fire pit and the whole experience of being there.
Quiet and beautiful. Connected to nature. I appreciated the covered area of the deck as there was a short rain storm. Internet connection was stellar. Very mindful design.
Wow!!!We are on a road trip from Washington State to Maine. This has to be the most amazing place we have stayed at in years. Perfect is the only true word we can use. Love the kitchen, the whole place has a great vibe. Thank you. What a Blessing you have here. God Bless you and this true Gem.
