About this property
Olde Towne Beach Life - The Best of Both Worlds
The Place to be - - Olde Towne Beach Life St.Augustine and this condo! Our location is perfect any time of the year. A short walk to the beautiful flat beaches or free parking next to the pier. All your beach needs: umbrella, towels, beach chairs...As a fellow vacationer explains: it’s conveniently located to Old Town, Amphitheater, and lots of great places to relax, eat, and drink. Are you ready to begin your exploration of the most ancient city in America! We have enjoyed so many places in the time we have spent in St. Augustine. First walking to the beach, swimming, fishing off the pier, riding a bike to the inter-coastal with the seagulls in the morning, playing volleyball, hanging out listening to the outdoor concerts and music echoing from local hot spots.
Cool theme restaurants like The Conch house and newly renovated Panama Hattie’s. Salt Life restaurant which can pick you up by golf cart if your drinking more than one; the taco shop known for their UFO tacos, Le petit’s French bakery which has amazing omelets that are so huge you will have to share…. or not! Geez haven’t touched on the historic district which has so much good food and enjoyable/quaint evening dining, entertainment, sightseeing, and places to kick back and have a drink while listening to music and people watching from one of the many balconies. There is public parking however we suggest the Red Trolley, Uber, Lyft or even take the bikes if you’re the athletic type.
There is a Farmers market several mornings during the week as well as major concerts in the local Amphitheater which you can get to by bike or less than mile drive. Dates and times available in The Social of St. Augustine on the internet.
Volleyball is available on the 6 beach courts next to the pier. One of our favorite things to do.
I like the pet adoption thrift store .5 mile away for unique things (the hubby doesn’t like that kind of hunting) and don’t forget to go to the alligator farm although a bit too close to the pet adoptions🧐🦔 for my liking. (Only kidding). so many adventures in the coolest place ever and we are originally from New York!
Getting around We enjoy the bikes because the trails are throughout the beach areas and beach restaurants. There is public parking in the historic district or metered. Bike is 3.8 mi. Over bridge and pretty easy ride. Take the trolley from condo or Uber...The historic district is just wonderful to explore day and night!

Loved the peaceful neighborhood, love the proximity to the beach and dining establishments and loved the property in general. Thank you for having us! We'll definitely be back.
Overall, everything was fine and as advertised. Location is excellent. We were careful not to bring in sand, but there was a lot of ground-in dirt in the carpets--a good cleaning would not go amiss.
Clean and welcoming, loved the location with in walking to beach, and many dining choices in the area....would definitely stay again....great landlords.....
This unit is perfect location to take a short walk to the beach and restaurants and is only a short drive into St Augustine. We loved that beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and even a cart were included.

Glad to see that our condo’s location and it’s many Conveniences within the condo were enjoyed during your stay!
Sincerely,
Lori n John
Very nice stay in St Augustine and a great location - close to restaurants and the beach but far enough off the road to be peaceful. The condo has a nice beachy feel and has what you need - especially liked the beach cart, chairs and toys, were very handy. The master bed was comfy and no complaints from the kiddos.
Nicely decorated condo, well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. Great location; an easy walk to the beach and a varied of restaurants. Also, a short, easy drive to Historic Town.
A fun week.
Overall a great stay! Owners were very thoughtful with their amenities. Everything you needed was there from cookware to beach accessories and bikes. Very short walk to a great beach. Plenty of sand and not over crowded. Very close to downtown and restaurants, and a easy short drive to historic St. Augustine. Great stay and location.
Property was more than expected, Property owners were exceeding helpful and friendly and sincerely wanted our stay to be memorable...which it was. We were treated like family. Would stay with Lori and John again in a heartbeat. Jane and Annette....Feb. 22, 2020

These two vibrant energetic-ladies were a pleasure to have stay at our condo. We would welcome them and their cute little dog, Toby back anytime!
This was our first experience with vrbo. Everything went smoothly. The property was cozy & clean. The owners left little touches that let you know they were prepared for guests. It was nice to have all the comforts of home while staying near our families.

So glad that our guests felt welcome at our condo and St. Augustine.
Always try to have guests feel at home and on vacation at the same time!
Our second stay at this property. The owners communicate with you throughout the process. The condo has all the little things you need - toaster, washer & dryer, microwave etc.

We loved our little beach get away. Condo was clean and was beautifully decorated . Very beachy feel. Loved the location.
Close to old Saint Augustine and a bike ride to some great restaurants .
My only suggestion is to update the bikes !
Thank you Lori !
Overall a very good clean unit. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Only issue is not much insulation from noisy upstairs neighbors. Can easily hear footsteps, music, tv. Etc. would be great to have quiet hours posted.
Relaxing and enjoyable. Plenty to do. Stayed 2 weeks (almost). Caught Covid near end had to leave paradise early. It happens. Will do again as this was our first visit and not our last.
St. Augustine Beach and property location are perfect for those looking for a quite relaxing time with access to beach and great restaurants. The condo was perfect size for two people albeit furniture could use an upgrade. to be slightly more comfortable. Even so, we're considering coming back next year.
Everything was good. The place was very clean & comfortable. Loved that you added the amenities. The what to do pamplets were a great touch helped on what to do in the area..But the neighborhood people bring there dogs to 💩 in the yard ...but still the place was wonderful, would recommend ..
We stayed 10 days at this Old Town condo/villa.
It is truly - The Best of Both Worlds. You can make it a beach day or beach days. Or you can explore old St Augustine at your leisure. We did just that! Spending 10 days allowed us to soak up the sun and all that St Augustine offered.
Lori was very responsive to our inquiries.
We plan on returning again to see the Night of Lights in Nov-Jan to see St Augustine all lit up.

Location was prime, parking was right out the front door. If you have small children, be sure to pick up the knickknacks before letting them loose. The decor was beautiful, but breakable. So we moved it up out of their reach.
I was surprised at how comfortable the living room furniture was too. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to St Augustine. All the local eateries were great as well.
Houses near the beach are difficult to find, this condo really is a short walk from the beach and the local restaurants. For all intents and purposes, the driveway of this place is at '19th' so if you want to walk to the 10th st beach entrance (the best) its 9 blocks and these blocks are smaller than say NYC blocks. Its a quiet place, we hardly got chased by killer alligators at all ;-)
The condo was well equipped and you can keep up on the laundry so you can pack smaller. Driving to stuff off the island is pretty easy to grasp after a day. We will be back
