Deanna's home exceeded our expectations. From the new clean smell the moment we walked through the front door, to each room having comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen and even access to a washer/dryer unit. We weren't sure about the location at first since it was just my daughter-in-law, 2 month old granddaughter and myself, but we didn't have any issues.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a quiet place, away from all the "tourism". We will for sure be back.

We booked this cute house for a long weekend during the Nights of Lights. It was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood away from all of the holiday weekend traffic. The house was perfect for my daughter, son-in-law, 2 grandkids and me. The house was spotless and well supplied with everything we needed. The MCM furnishings and high end finishes and linens were a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy and loved the front porch rockers.

The host was available for questions and made sure all information was received prior to arrival. the home was in excellent condition and had all the amenities needed for an excellent stay. we travel with my elderly mother, and the walk-in shower was absolutely necessary. the neighborhood was quiet and at no time did we feel concerned. centrally located to shopping, downtown and beaches. we have family in the area and would stay here again due to the accommodations and location. excellent stay.

We had an excellent stay at this Vrbo and felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The house was beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches throughout. We especially appreciated the books and stuffed animals provided for our daughter, as well as the separate dishes for children—small details that made a big difference for our family.Communication with the owner was outstanding: clear, responsive, and professional. Check-in and check-out were both easy and seamless. The home was very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax.As Tesla owners, we were grateful to be allowed to charge our vehicle using our mobile charger, which added extra convenience to our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely book this property the next time we return to the St. Augustine area.Highly recommended!

Beautiful property....near to the Atlantic as well as St. Augustine. In a quiet, "up and coming" neighborhood, the house affords the traveler everything possible.....quiet location, easy parking right at the front door, full kitchen with all of the necessities, comfortable bed and bath. Of note for a family with young children, the 2nd bedroom offers a fun place to play, read and sleep. Convenient washer and dryer. The host was very communicative and quickly responded to any questions. Clean and sparkling......great "home away from home."
