Lovely home just outside of Bordeaux center

Perfect Stay

We had a great time at Laurs place. Clean, modern and comfortable. 2 separate bedrooms with a connecting bathroom - which can be divided through a sliding door. Fans and babycrib available. You'll find everything you can wish for. A car is useful to get into town. There are not many restaurants close. But parking is free - all you need is a little luck finding a parking space.

Séjour à recommander.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Logement très agréable, très bien situé à proximité du parc bordelais et supermarché. On a pu oublier la voiture pour les transports en communs qui nous conduisent rapidement vers le centre-ville de Bordeaux. Nous garderons un bon souvenir.

Kann die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen:

- Was als großes freistehendes Haus deklariert wurde, ist in Wirklichkeit eine renovierte Garage, entsprechend feucht und kalt - WLAN nur bis 22 Uhr - Warmes Wasser fällt zwischendurch aus - Samstags werden im anliegenden Garten mit Pool lautstarke Partys gefeiert - siehe auch Bewertung weiter unten - Handtücher und Bettwäsche nicht professionell gereinigt - Kühlschrank, Belüftung fürs Bad und Generator ziemlich laut hörbar

nous sommes navrés de lire votre commentaire fort désagréable. nous louons cette maison depuis maintenant 8 ans et en aucun cas elle a été comparé à un garage au fond du jardin. c'est entièrement faux. c'est une maison cosy et agréable comme le mentionne plusieurs commentaires je pense que vous avez du etre décus du bruit des voisins et vous montrez de la mauvaise fois. nous nous excusons du gêne occasionné (fete d'anniversaire exceptionnel)

Maison très agréable et bien fournie

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison où il fait bon vivre. Nous avons été très bien accueilli dès le départ. La maison est propre et très bien fournie surtout au niveau de la cuisine. Bref on ne manque de rien ! Le quartier est tranquille et facile d'accès.

Schöne Wohnung. Check in völlig problemlos. Hatten zwei weitere Fragen (Dachfenster und fehlendes Warmwasser), konnten wir zum Glück selber klären, da Rückmeldung erst am nächsten bzw übernächsten Tag. Ansonsten war alles prima.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille dans cette magnifique maison Très bien située : à côté du parc bordelais, à côté du tram pour aller dans le centre ville, à côté de commerces Maison très bien équipée, au calme avec sa terrasse ensoleillée Alors n'hésitez pas, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés :)

Tapage nocturne incessant

Nous avons loué 7 nuits mais nous avons dû écourter notre séjour. La fille du propriétaire qui vit juste derrière le brise vue, mettait la musique forte à tue-tête les soirs à partir du mercredi jusqu'à 00h, le jeudi la fête a fini vers 4h30 du matin et le vendredi soir encore à 00h30 ils ont mis encore plus fort la musique et les jeunes s'amusaient, rigolaient, poussaient des cries... vraiment c'était impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres fermés au mois d'août sans climatisation je vous laisse imaginer. On a fini par faire un scandale à 1h du matin pour pouvoir juste dormir au calme on est très déçu c'était notre dernière semaine de vacances. On voulait juste dormir au calme La dame qui nous a fait l'état des lieux a l'arrivée et à la sortie nous certifie que tout est ok on a payé ..€ de nettoyage en plus du ménage on a laissé la maison impeccable et 3 semaines plus tard la fille du propriétaire a fait aussi un état des lieux en notre absence et aurait trouvé des tâches de chocolats sur le canapé et ne veut plus nous rembourser mais par contre la poussière sous les lits elle ne le signale pas. Et aussi un soir en rentrant une voiture mini one était stationnée sur le trottoir en travers devant notre porte d'entrée on pouvez tout juste passer je ne conseille vraiment pas cette endroit.
