About this property

Renovated and refurbished former workshop on the outskirts of Bordeaux

Old workshop completely renovated and rehabilitated into a pleasant house in which you can share a pleasant stay with family or friends with a capacity of 4 to 8 people and an adapted rate.
Located in the heart of the charming village of Quinsac, you will find many local shops and will be 16 km from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the ocean beaches also close to renowned vineyards. You will be able to enjoy many cultural and sports activities.
You will have the entire accommodation with garden and picnic table located in a small area of the village with a large living room, storage cupboards, a large bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which is on the mezzanine.
You will also have direct access to the accommodation from the shared car park with the other accommodation in the district on which only one vehicle can park. Other guests must park their vehicles in the village square located 200 metres from the accommodation.
Sheets, towels and tea towels will be provided.
The studio adjoining the accommodation is reserved for us and will be likely to stay there during your stay.
A motorcycle garage can be made available to motorcyclists
Please note that we do not allow the organisation of large-scale parties.

This was an amazing property. Beautifully renovated and very artistic. Fabulous kitchen, really nice large bathroom, lots of space and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend. Convenient to the wine country

Un ancien atelier plein de charme, calme, spacieux, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Renovation faite par le propriétaire avec plein de détails astucieux. Très bien localisé pour rayonner sur Bordeaux, l’entre deux mers et l’océan. Accueil attentionné de Laurent et de sa fille.
