For all you golf and beach lover's enjoy our "Home Away From Home" for your next vacation experience in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in the beautiful Bayside Community featuring a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
If golf or the beach is not your cup of tea, there are 2 outdoor pools with a splash zone and many other amenities for the kiddies, also hot tubs and outside bars for those that want to enjoy adult beverages. Also a state of the art Aquatic center. There is a shuttle service that runs to and from the beach and to and from the point, which offers kayaking, paddle boards and crabbing from the pier.
Our home offers a large living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, screened in porch and patio. Master bedroom has a king bed with master bath, with a garden tub and large shower, his and her sinks, large walk-in closet and private balcony. Second bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Our 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed and a full bath and if needed the sofa pulls out to a queen bed. Two car garage, barbeque grill, washer and dryer and linens are provided.
We are minutes from the beach, water parks, min. golf, shopping outlets, boardwalk, Ocean City and Bethany.
So come enjoy all that we have to offer and may all your days be sunny.

We enjoyed our time at Tom’s place. The pool is where we spent the most time. The whole neighborhood is beautiful, safe and quiet. Tom was very accommodating and responsive. The condo is very comfortable and feels just like home.

Beautiful Property, Great Host, Excellent Amenities

Our Host Tom was very responsive to our needs and very Friendly. His home was beautiful, immaculate, and very spacious. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and the balcony off the master bedroom. The pool area was perfect for our daughter age 7, and allowed us to relax with a drink as there were many lifeguards on duty. Amenities galore at this property! And the proximity to the Beaches, Rehoboth, Outlets, and Ocean City were wonderful. Thanks so much Tom for our lovely stay!

Relaxing.

It was so relaxing! There were 2 couples and a single. We were in town for a wedding. We had plenty of space to get ready, each bedroom had a bathroom. It was so nice to return to a quiet (kid free) evening. My brother made use of one the bikes in the garage. This property is definitely a gem. Tom was such a pleasure. He answered all of my questions, and was very friendly.

A perfect summer getaway!

This hiome is simpy the perfect summer getaway. It has a spacious layout with a warm, beach decor to make you feel welcomed. The dining room and eating areas provide ample room for all. The master suite is especially impressive with the large bathroom and double walk-in closet! The three porches were an added bonus for a truly relaxing experience. Additionally, it is located close to the pool! The communication really helped us to be fully prepared for the long weekend. The townhouse is clean and included sheets, towels, and a washer and dryer. We can't wait to return. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Family Vacation

This was our first time in Delaware and Ocean City. The house we stay in was beautiful and very nicely clean. We enjoyed the outside pool a couple of times and spent the rest of the time in Ocean City on the beach.
