Come enjoy all that the Maryland Eastern Shore has to offer at CrabbyPines in Ocean Pines. You may never leave this amenity-packed neighborhood with numerous parks, 5 pools (one of which is an indoor open year round), a yacht club, Bay access, Ocean City Beach access, golf course, raquet sports, and restaurants for all times of the day and night. Streets are great for biking, walking, and rollerblading. Do make time for the ocean which is only 8.5 miles away via MD 90 for north access and 50 for south access. Ocean City has everything for family fun! Bright, beachy, newly renovated 3 BR, 2 full bath, 1 story house on a large, quiet corner lot with 4 car + paved driveway. The living room and dining room have vaulted ceilings. Fabulous, all new kitchen. King Master BR with ensuite full bathroom. A second BR has a queen bed and the third BR has 2 twin beds, one of which has a trundle. There are 2 sleep sofas, one in the living room and one in the den. Linens and towels are provided. The second full bathroom is off the central hallway. Extra den space leading out to the patio provides additional living space. Smart TVs in all bedrooms, living room and den. Outdoor accessories include bicycles, boogie boards, hammocks. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Enjoy crabs on the picnic table outside or relax around the gas firepit or sit on the deck under the umbrella. Play cornhole, ride bikes, relax in hammocks. Games, puzzles, and books are available.

This home is beautiful inside and has all the amenities you could ask for and more. It's located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood just the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. Susan was super attentive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend this home away from home for your next getaway.

We recently spent the weekend for Oceans Calling and it was a perfect fit for our needs. Susan was a great host and the house was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed and was very family friendly. Look forward to staying again sometime soon.

The home was perfect! Clean and well stocked with all kinds of extras! We had wrestling in Salisbury, so didn’t get to enjoy the home as much as we would have liked. Would definitely book here again!

Cozy, Quiet and Peaceful

My boyfriend and our dog had the most relaxing and peaceful time staying here! The house was clean, comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood outside Ocean City. We loved that the place is pet friendly too so that our pup was able to join us. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to the next time we can book a stay here.

Wonderful stay

Such a nice home and neighborhood. Very comfortable beds and cozy blankets..the host thought of everything for a comfortable stay! Well equipped with soaps and detergents and games and even batteries! Really nice towels and decor choices. We will be back!

We were up for a wedding stay At this home just for a night what a beautiful, beautiful updated home perfect size . Everything was perfect. I’d like to stay again and this time bring my little dog. It’s pet friendly and I didn’t know that. What an awesome home and the host was wonderful.

Lovely residential setting with lots of trees and outdoor area to enjoy!

Plenty of room for six adults, convenient to so many amenities within 5 minutes and Rise UP coffee house 10 minutes away . Clean bathrooms and new kitchen with all the conveniences for cooking, making coffee. All supplies provided. Everything was pretty much thought of for a care- free stay!

Charming is an understatement!!

My family spent the week at Crabby Pines. It was amazing experience from start to finish. The home is turn key for a stress free vacation. The neighborhood is perfectly located and very quiet. It allows for you to be close to the action but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You are only a short drive to the boardwalk or Assateague. Everything is updated and was very clean. We would have stayed for another week if we could. We can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property and would wholeheartedly recommend! The house is nestled in the cute Ocean Pines community with so many amenities to enjoy (indoor/outdoor pools/yacht club/beach club/restaurants/sports club & so much more). The house was super clean with plenty of extra blankets, pillows & towels. Updated appliances, keurig coffee maker, black stone grill & smart tvs. Plenty of space for the family to play games & dine indoors or el fresco under the umbrella on the deck. The house is cutely decorated and the owners thoughtfully have amenities like snacks, coffee pods, yeti dog bowls, games, fire pit, bikes, etc. They also provided a parking pass for the Beach Club lot in Ocean City (totally loved this - so easy to park -no hassle searching for a space) The owners are responsive and very, very nice. We will definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the near future!

JUST PERFECT

Just Perfect ! Our Famliy decided last minute to travel to Ocean City for a long weekend. So I was limited to places we can stay. But our luck we found this perfect house in Berlin. ( BTW this will not teach me a lesson about being a procrastinator) because it was perfect. Not only did We need a place to stay short notice but also a place that would allow our fur baby. The location is divine close to ocean city broadwalk and Assateague Island. Where we enjoyed the beach with our dog. The house was immaculate Owner/host were responsive and more then accommodating. They had the perfect detail for doggie guest. My kids took advantage of using the boogies boards and bikes. Planning a trip back for next year. We fell in love with the area

Great House

Everything was clean and as described. After messaging Susan about friends not being able to get into the house, then messaging a few minutes later saying they got in. Susan still called thrm to make sure everything was ok and no other problems. Would definitely come back again.
