VENUE DESCRIPTION:<br>The Manoir d'Argentel is nestled in the heart of a stunning estate spanning several hectares, located in the Pays d'Auge, just two hours from Paris and 30 minutes from Deauville, Honfleur, and Cabourg. Its exceptional location will give you complete freedom to plan and host the family event of your dreams. This authentic, natural, welcoming, and warm setting is ideal for bringing your loved ones together.<br>The estate will be reserved exclusively for you; no other event will take place at the same time as yours.<br><br><br><br>RECREATIONAL AREAS:<br>You’ll have the pleasure of enjoying long, beautiful walks and exploring the estate’s many hectares. You can also take advantage of the following recreational areas:<br>- The patio: perfect for enjoying an aperitif or having a BBQ,<br>- The tennis court,<br>- The ping-pong table,<br>- The basketball hoop (on the tennis court)<br>- The large swimming pool (17 m x 7.8 m)!<br><br>You’ll also have access to an annex building next to the pool, featuring on the ground floor: a glass-enclosed reception room, a terrace, and a bathroom.<br><br><br><br>ACCOMMODATIONS:<br>We offer a house that can sleep up to 20 guests, with the following layout:<br>- Ground Floor:<br>o 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom, and toilet<br>o 1 living room<br>o Open kitchen and dining area<br>o Separate restroom<br><br>- ground floor:<br>o 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, bathroom, and toilet<br>o 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and bathroom<br><br>- 2nd floor:<br>o 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, reserved for children or small adults—4 people total.<br>o 3 separate bedrooms, each with 1 double bed<br>o 1 bathroom and toilet for the entire floor.<br><br><br><br>AMENITIES:<br>The safety of the property and its guests is ensured by a security guard on the premises.<br><br>Water, electricity, and heating are included in the rate.<br>Linens and bath towels are provided.<br><br>To help you enjoy picnics and meals with friends or family, we provide the following items: Cooler, refrigerators, microwave, oven, gas stove, Nespresso machine, pots, pans, glasses, plates, cutlery, chairs, tablecloths, and kitchen utensils.<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:<br>You are welcome to walk around the property, but you will not have access to certain other buildings that are reserved for our use. The property owners will be present on the grounds but not in the areas reserved for your use.<br>
