Deckchairs, outdoor shower, Fermob tables and large parasol in a landscaped garden. Bathroom with top-of-the-range furnishings, new designer furniture and renovated annex.
New feature: a sauna to relax with a view of the garden is available for an additional package of €180 for the week-end and €280 for the week including its use as well as the provision of towels, bathrobes and bath mats.
Tip: Try a concierge service and have your groceries delivered upon arrival or have fresh croissants dropped at your doorstep every morning.

The villa, “Maison Irène” is perfectly located less than a 10-minute drive from the town center and the seaside.

Charming and fully-equip kitchen (including cutlery, dishes, glasses, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffeemaker, juicer and toaster)
2 bathrooms, one of which has just been completely redone with a walk-in shower

There is also a front and back terrace perfect for catching the sun any time of day

A contemporary landscaped garden with an outdoor entertaining area so you can enjoy alfresco dining.
The annex has recently been refitted with lighting and flooring made from original old freight-wagon wooden slats. The perfect space to play ping-pong and darts!
The sun-lit garden is filled with many fruit trees including apple, pear, apricot, fig tree, plum and walnut.
The fountain providing a sense of tranquility.
A Weber gas barbecue will allow you to prepare good meals.

The countryside is stunning and offers a variety of activities catered to the whole family. The house is 5 minutes from the village center where you will find cafes, restaurants, boutique stores, playgrounds, cinema and a casino. There are delightful food specialty stores for cheese, fruits, bakeries that are specific to the Normandy region. There is also a lake that is perfect for an afternoon stroll and bike rental service located about 10 minutes away from the villa..

The beach of Villers-sur-Mer is large and surrounded by elegant Norman villas. From the beach, look out for the “Vaches Noires” (Black Cows) cliffs! The cliffs are a protected paleontological site with many fossils – you may even be able to find some fossils on the beach!

The tourist office also organizes many visits around the town and countryside, as well as cultural activities.

Un petit coin de paradis Normand

Nous avons passé Noel dans cette superbe demeure et nous en garderons un magnifique souvenir. Cette villa offre un charme incroyable du à son architecture et à sa décoration moderne se mariant à l'ancien avec un gout certain reflétant les passions de ses propriétaires. Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression d'être chez nous dans cette maison de famille, Les jeunes - et moins jeunes - ont apprécié les parties de ping-pong dans la dépendance ! Concierge efficace à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Echanges suivis avec des propriétaires soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes. Bref, difficile de trouver à redire !

Chaleureuse et confortable villa à 2 pas de la mer

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables en famille, la villa est très spacieuse et chaleureuse, on sent les propriétaires investis et attachés à leur bien, la maison est incarnée, vivante ! Elle est par ailleurs très bien équipée, elle dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin pour être comme à la maison. Sa localisation à Villiers sur mer, permet de rayonner facilement dans toute la région que ce soit vers les plages du débarquement, Deauville, Etretat ou simplement flâner sur la plage à moins de 10 min à pied. A refaire avec plaisir !

Une belle maison lumineuse pour se retrouver en famille ou avec des amis . Bien située , 5mn à pied du centre de Villers et de la plage . Propriétaires réactifs et à l écoute . Être à Villers permet aussi de faire une virée à Deauville , Cabourg et les autres jolis sites de la région facilement .

Great place for two families

Enjoyed our week in Villers Sur Mer, lovely clean and tastefully decorated place, just a short walk from the amenities. Our only suggestion to improve would be to provide a bbq and outside table & chairs so guests can enjoy the glorious garden.

Nice house, good location

This is a really nice house in a good location - close enough to the centre of Villers sur Mer and the amenities without being in the middle of it all. The garden is also lovely - it would benefit from a wider range of garden furniture however to make it even easier to spend time outdoors.

Week end jour de l'an Normandie

Nous avons apprécié ce moment entre amis la grande maison qui était en tout point conforme aux photos du site. L'accueil sympathique de Nathalie n'a fait que renforcer la bonne impression que nous avions eu dès le départ. L'emplacement se trouve dans un environnement silencieux, nous avons même pu disputer quelques parties de ping pong en extérieur. La maison est très confortable, bien équipée pour les 12 personnes qui nous étions. En résumé, nous avons passé un bon moment tous ensemble la proximité de la plage et le centre de villers sur mer permet un bon bol d'air avec en plus toutes les commodités à quelques pas.

Great house in a lovely location. We had a fantastic week exploring the local area and spending time in the newly landscaped garden with the kids. Walking distance into town and some great restaurants and boulangeries. Looking forward to our next visit.

Très belle location,suffisamment grande pour loger une grande famille et avec toutes les commodités et surtout très propre. Même si il y a eu quelques petits problèmes de lave vaisselle les propriétaires ont été très réactifs. Trés belle location idéale pour une grande famille et avec toutes les commodités et surtout très propre. Même si il y a eu quelques petits soucis avec le lave vaisselle les propriétaires ont été très réactifs. a high quality house for gathering the family in a very nice spot

We are happy with our stay as the house was answering to our expectations . This is a nice space for gathering a family in good conditions and as same time for keeping privacy between the members, Lawn for playing and eating outside together is very nice and all furniture are good quality. , Good location for beach access and to the center of the city and for tennis court in a nice area. We are also very happy with the behaviour of the owners who did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passe un super week end a Villers. La maison est très bien située, proche de la mer , et aussi a une courte distance de Deauville, 10 mns en voiture. C est une grande et belle maison très propre et très fonctionnelle. La suite parentale est extraordinaire. Les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été très cordiaux et l'accueil très bon. Une location que nous recommandons pour tous les sejours en famille.

Why they chose this property

We always wanted to have a family house not to far from Paris. Less than 2 hours drive. The Calvados department stretches from Honfleur in the east to Isigny-sur-Mer in the west and includes Caen, Bayeux and the D-Day beaches. The area is famed for its rich pastures and farm products, including butter, cheese, cider and an eponymous apple brandy. Where else!

What makes this property unique

It's a historically classified Norman house, high-end furnished with very comfortable beds.
There is a new contemporary landscaped garden.
And you can use a concierge service, for example, to have your groceries shopping done on arrival or to have your breakfast every morning delivered.
