Book with confidence, this stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Kamaole Sands that was just remodeled as of December 2019. Everything in the condo is brand new and finished with high end materials that you would be hard pressed to find in a rental unit. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great location, all the comforts of home. Everything you need provided for your use.

Our hosts Ron and Rob have thought of everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Their attention to detail was much appreciated, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Their binder was full of useful info about the area that we took advantage of. The treats they left us were a nice touch. We had a great time!

The unit was is beautifully decorated and the owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The beach trolley was helpful in beach gear from place to place. The beds were comfortable and I loved starting my mornings on the patio couch with a coffee. We would absolutely stay here again. Kihei is also the perfect mix of quiet in the evenings/mornings yet with so many local beaches and restaurants to that you can’t run out of things to do

My husband and I and our 2 daughters booked this trip for our 25th wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday. The condo was absolutely wonderful! It had all of the amenities that we needed including beach gear. The beach umbrella was missing one of it's parts, but Matt had it delivered very quickly after I texted him. My only wish is to have somewhere to hang wet beach towels and swimsuits.

Very Happy with PMI MAUI and the Condo

VRBO had a "NO REFUND if CANCELLED WARNING" & an "EXPENSIVE SERVICE FEE". PMI MAUI did not. Cancellation Insurance could be important! We had a good experience! (Matt & Tania) are Professional and Courteous. Providing a written contract upon making the reservation that included a reasonable Contractual Cancellation REFUND Option! This condo, 10-311, is Newer, Very Clean, Bug Free with a Comfortable King Bed. Washer/Dryer, Silent Split A/C in L/R & B/R, multiple Fans, Wireless Internet & Huge New TV. This is a well stocked Condo. Almost Everything you need from Cutlery, Dishes, Linen, Bath & Beach towels to 4 Beach Chairs, umbrella, Boogie Boards, a few masks & Children's toys. A Wagon to transport things. Starter supplies means you may need to supply some Soaps & T/P. Check-in is @ a 24 Hr on site (Castle Resort managed) Office & was well organized and convenient. We received no hidden charges. We have never used PMI MAUI before but will definitely consider them for the future.

The property was exactly as described, and incredible in person. It was spotless and well-maintained, incredibly well stocked, and the owners left a guestbook with an overview of the renovations they did as well as some tips on where to go and what to do on Maui. What a great touch! The lanai was large and had everything you needed for the beach. The unit is in building 10, and therefore as close to the bach, as you can get (just steps away across the road). From the minute we booked with PMI, the customer service was amazing. Matthew and Tanya were so responsive, and when we forgot a wedding keepsake in the unit, they called us and even helped to arrange shipping of the item back home to us. We'd recommend this place in a heartbeat, to anyone looking for an elevated experience in Kihei.

This unit is beautiful, clean and very family friendly! The owners have thought of EVERYTHING you will need for your family Hawaiian vacation: Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, large beach towels, snorkel gear, football, small cooler and the best of all, a large folding wagon to carry your gear to the beach! We noticed there are several rental companies nearby where you can rent these items for a fee!!!The view from the unit of the ocean is beautiful! We loved waking up every morning, sitting on the large balcony and enjoying the beautiful sights and sounds right outside our unit! We cooked several of our meals right in our unit and using the gas grills provided by the condo. We loved everything about this place and have zero complaints. Thank you!!

The renovation spared no expense and everything from the top quality dishes, and applicances, to ambient lighting everywhere - left us so happy! My favourite spot was the sofa on the lanai and many afternoon naps were enjoyed there. This complex is definitely geared towards families and those with young children and if my kids were younger this would have been our #1 choice. Wish I discovered it years ago. Fabulous!

The unit is beautifully updated/decorated. Spacious husbands favorite for those afternoon naps. Working with PMI went very smoothly; very prompt response time. The only (minor) issue that we encountered was the primary bath shower drains very slowly. This would not prohibit us in anyway from staying in this unit again.

We loved having the big deck (with an ocean view!) and the pull out bed in the living room was very comfy! This unit was close to the elevator but noise was never an issue. We went for daily walks in Kihei (the Cinnamon Roll Place and 808 Deli are must tries). We have booked through PMI the last couple of times and will only book with them in the future! They were so easy to deal with. Can't wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the PMI Prop Mgmt support was great. Small issue with the slider not latching. They were there in 10 mins, and fixed it in 20. I would never spend so much to stay in Wailea at a resort, when one can get this unit a stone's throw away, with great beach access and an enjoyable (and semi-lively) pool area. Beaches are safe for kids and good snorkeling between Kam Beaches 1 and 2. Met lots of great people. Walkable to affordable and delicious eats. The S. Kihei location felt separated from N. Kihei (which is a bit meh). Overall, the unit felt premium from the materials they used to the lighting (I will use some of the lighting approach when I build back home). Great pull out bed comfort (so people won't feel snubbed by sleeping on it). Good instructions for unit, though I would add instructions for the secondary shower sprayers. Well stocked with beach stuff, but could have used some snorkeling fins ;) Would stay there again!

High end, tasteful, modern and exceedingly comfortable. Everything one needs for a short or long stay is provided. Kitchen has it all including high end appliances. Bathrooms beautiful, spa like. The property managers, Matt and Tanya,(PMI) are as helpful and professional as they come. Their reputation second to none. Kamaole Sands is a very well situated, beautifully maintained , family friendly property. Beaches just out the door across the road. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Condo has plenty of gear to complete your beach going experience. Naturally, cleanliness is on most minds these days. You will find 10-311 is cleaned to a very high standard and many good products are in the condo for guests to maintain those standards. .
