This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The resort is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches (Kamaole Beach 3) which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The condo is right across from our favorite beach. Most afternoon/evening we walked to a restaurant. This is our favorite location. The condo is well equipped.

This place far exceeded our expectations! The host provided us with clear and concise instructions ahead of time that prepared us for our arrival. Getting there and checking in was a breeze and we were given everything we needed from our designated parking slot, gate code access to fitness center/pool, wifi password, etc.) The condo is located in a beautiful resort that offers activities like hula dancing and whale talks on certain days, which all info is given during check-in. Upon arriving at our condo, the place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fully stocked and furnished with everything we possibly needed during our stay (laundry detergent, beach towels, and beach chairs just to name a few). We were also pleasantly surprised to find a second full bathroom, which my husband and I were able to enjoy two separate bathrooms (always a plus!). There is also a lovely, private, and very spacious lanai, which we spent a lot of time lounging in, that overlooked a view of the beach on your right. We also took advantage of the amenities the resort had to offer such as the fitness center and pool. This resort is located in Kihei, which is about 25 minutes from Kahului airport, 10 minutes from Wailea, 40 minutes from Lahaina and Kaanaapali, and 60 minutes from Haleakala Summit. Driving around everywhere in Maui did not seem long though since there are scenic views all around and we loved taking them in. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place for your stay in Maui!

The view from our lanai was amazing ( we even saw humpbacks on a few different days) We had one small issue with the sink drain but it was fixed within minutes of us calling. The space is so beautifully updated and really gave you the feeling of Aloha. We walked across the street a few times to the beach to watch the ah set. Thank you PMI Maui. Wonderful Peaceful Stay

We are artists with a strong visual sense and picked this place because the furnishings looked so nice in the photos - even better in person! Great kitchen for people who like to cook. A couple of things need attending to: we got locked out on the lanai because we closed the glass door so as not to waste the air conditioning and had to call the office to have someone rescue us. And the shutters on the front door do not work very well. We love the shutters because with the ceiling fans, the place stays cool just with the trade winds. A lovely stay!

I would 1000% stay here again. It’s a five minute walk to a very beautiful beach. The beach was not busy and we had turtle swimming right by us. Perfect stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed. I cooked quite a bit and all the cookware was a solid brand. We loved how open, airy and beautifully decorated the condo is. The master bedroom and bath are gorgeous! My daughter slept on the pull-out credenza and said it was very comfortable…much more so than your typical couch bed. The lanai was especially nice and very roomy. I’ve stayed in a few other places and the lanai’s tend to be very small. The sectional outside was a wonderful touch and we utilized it every evening. Our family rented condos in the same building so it was easy for us to all get together. We barbecued at the nearby grills which easily sat all 20 of us. The beach across the street is an easy walk to swim, snorkel or to watch the sunset. We will definitely stay here again!
