The Retreat is a fully remodeled home located across the street from Mayo Clinic. It is less than 10 minutes to Jacksonville Beach/Ponte Vedra area. Whatever brings you to the Jacksonville area, you will find it at your doorstep. This spacious home will accommodate up to 6 guests and give you the rest and relaxation you're looking for.
The laundry station includes a full-size washer and dryer.
Guests who stay at The Retreat will have access to the 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms in the main home as well as 2 parking spaces in the driveway.
There is a fenced in backyard with a patio and pergola seating area.
There are 3 stair steps at the front door into the property. There is a handrail available as well.

This property also has an in-law/studio space with a separate entrance. The driveway is a shared space with the in-law/studio allowed 1 parking space. Please respect any tenants in that space by keeping noise levels to a minimum.

There is an exterior motion detection camera on the property located by the front door that monitors the front walkway. This will be on during your stay.

I want a repeat stay!

I enjoyed my stay! The house was clean and owner provided everything😍 to make you feel at home away from home. The only thing was Coronavirus and a outdoor grill. I will definitely do a repeat visit!

We needed a place to be near my daughter at Mayo Clinic. Perfect home, nice, clean and cozy. Wonderful host that went above and beyond to make our stay the best. We had everything we needed and was right across the road from Mayo. Would definitely stay here again. Nice neighborhood. Melinda Shrum

We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen; comfortable beds; nicely landscaped back yard - enjoyed the pergola. Conveniently located to the Mayo Clinic. The house had a bright and airy feel. Very comfortable living room furnishings. The visitor binder that you put together was very helpful. Would gladly rent this house again!

Great house, Great host, Great stay

Me and my family loved it! We stayed here for over 3 months. The house is very clean, cozy and comfortable, the neighborhood as well as the neighbors are very nice. We rented the house so I could be treated at the Mayo Clinic which is right across the street, just 5 minutes walking distance, I would walk to my daily appointments and when I got hospitalized my family was able to come and go within minutes. We were very comfortable and the host Stuart made sure that we always had everything that we needed, this is a wonderful home and I definitely recommend it.

Excellent hosts and a nice stay.

This property ( home ) is so well kept, clean, comfortable & stocked. They have thought of everything and then some, even down to having sound machines! This location is perfect not only to Mayo , but the surrounding area. The hosts were available to answer any questions and left an extensive book on the home and the area. It was a perfect stay for all our needs. Thank you again and we shall be returning to this property.

Clean, very well stocked, comfortable space. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this was the best thus far. The kitchen is outstanding, very well stocked. The beds and furniture is comfortable (and the space is not as stark as the pictures make it appear). There are enough spaces that we weren’t stepping on each other (4 adults). The hosts were very responsive. It’s across the (busy) street from Mayo Clinic. One note… this unit has a couple of steps up to get in. If you have mobility issues it might be challenging although once you are in, you’re fine. Highly recommend.
