Enjoy the slower, `beach life` pace at this centrally-located, sea-side retreat. Just one block from beach access, this unit is right in the center of anything you could want. Take a leisurely stroll across the street to enjoy a walk in the surf. Enjoy a relaxing bike ride less than 2 blocks to many popular restaurants, and half a mile from all the happenings of Jacksonville Beach Pier. If you are looking for golf or a day at the spa, you are only a 10 minute ride away from Ponte Vedra Beach.

This is a two bedroom unit that is part of a bigger building - we own all four units. You will have private free parking in from of the building and a short walk around to the corner to the stairs. This unit is on the end of the building closest to the patio. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, fully stocked with linens, room to store clothing and the kitchen is fully stocked.

All parts of this two bedroom unit, you have access to the garage which houses the laundry room and items for the beach. However at this time you cannot utilize the garage to park your car as the garage door is waiting to be replaced. Shared side patio with grill.

IMPORTANT: The immediate access to the beach is being completely renovated, however, you can walk a few extra steps to the next access which is about a block for access.


PETS
We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats please. (They don`t like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $100 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog(s) you are agreeing that you have reviewed our following guidelines and agree to them.

Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under 20 lbs. or 1 dog under 40 lbs.
If you have a dog larger than the size listed above, please feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it. There will be a $150.00 fee for an oversized pet.
Breed and age are needed along with current proof of vaccinations and they MUST BE on a current flea/tick protocol.
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs.
Must be completely house trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
Our insurance requires us to collect certain information regarding animals for the safety of all our guests and their pets, which you will be asked to provide upon booking.

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. In the event of a cancellation where a refund is due per the cancellation policy, funds will be reimbursed less the Stripe processing fees.

OTHER BOOKABLE PROPERTIES:
We do have other units in the building that are 1 bedroom and 3 bedrooms. You are welcome and encouraged to book any combination of units together. If you need more space or traveling with multiple groups - so if you are booking one of the other units and this one is available, you are welcome to add it on for any number of nights. Just reach out and we are happy to try and accommodate your needs as long as it`s possible.

Grocery Delivery and stock - Send us a list and we can acquire the needed items for you and have them put away by the time you arrive, so you can start the relation immediately!

Decor for special celebration or occasion, such as Bachelorette weekend, Babymoon, Honeymoon, Anniversary or any other social time.

Daily linen turndown and bathroom refresh.

These services are gladly provided when requested in advance. Fee will depend on number of guests, scope of needs and length of stay. Please ask us about details and we`d love to help make your time with us as special as possible!

NEARBY RENTALS AND SERVICES
BEACH BUGGY - provides FREE rides and recommendations to the residents and visitors of the beaches community. Environmentally friendly, zero emission, long-range, 8-10 seater electric carts or 14 passenger vans.
Riders are not charged any type of fee, but encouraged to tip drivers however they see fit.
Riders can request on-demand rides between their sponsor network locations, businesses, hotels and residential addresses via mobile app. (All information is posted in unit)

BEACH LIFE RENTALS - Your one stop shop for all of your beach rental and bike needs. Offering beach cruisers, children`s bikes & accessories, surfboards, boogie boards, skim boards, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas. They also offer delivery and pickup on beach and bicycle rentals.

Pet Policy-
We gladly allow small dogs in this unit, a maximum of 2 dogs under 10 lbs, or 1 dog under 20 lbs. If you are bringing pets with you, please add their breed and age in your intro message, and prepare to show proof of current vaccination.
