Sea Spray , a wonderful vacation home, with ocean views. 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, easily accommodating up to 19 guests. Located on the beautiful, exciting south end of the beach. Sea Spray boosts of beautiful ocean views from both living levels. Just steps to the 18th Street beach access, 2 blocks from the Tybee Pier, restaurants, shopping, night life, and more.

Equipped with a private elevator for easy access.

The 2nd floor features an open plan kitchen, living, and dining area; along with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with King size beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite private bath and access to the balcony. The second bedroom, has access to the shared main bath., that also serves living and kitchen areas. The first floor balcony is accessible from the Living/kitchen area and Master Bedroom. The main living area has a 47-inch flat screen TV and BluRay player. 3 couches for lots of seating, one of which is a Queen sleeper sofa. A separate area, perfect for dining, card and game playing also has a 32-inch flat screen TV. The dining table seats up to 10, with a kitchen island with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, mini-fridge, two dishwashers, and all the other modern convinces for ease of meal preparation and vacation cooking..

The second living level includes 4 bedrooms and the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Both sets of bedrooms are connected by spacious baths. On the left side of the floor, the front bedroom has a King and Twin Daybed, connected via the full bath with the back bedroom with is furnished with 2 Queen Beds. On the right side of the floor, the front bedroom, has a Queen bed connects via a full bath (walk-in shower) with the back bedroom which has 2 sets of Twin Bunks. The ocean view balcony on this floor is accessible from both front bedrooms. While all bedrooms include flat-screen TVs - one of these TVs is a DVD player only and does not offer any television channels.

The ground level of the property includes free on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles.

This home also includes extras like WIFI/wireless high-speed internet, BluRay player in the living area, and more. The garage opens out to a grilling and entertainment area complete with a cornhole set, a gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower perfect for rinsing and cooling off after a day at the beach! Great Location

Plenty of room and great location. Less than a block from beach access and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Paula was great to deal with and she was accommodating with parking when other family came from Savannah. Her restaurant suggestion of AJ’s was great.

Great location on Tybee

We enjoyed our time at Seaspray. The place was clean and the communication was excellent. Beds were comfortable and our group of 18 did not feel crammed.

Great location!

Seaspray was the perfect choice for our group of 17! There was plenty of room for all and just a few steps to the beach! Paula was great answering any questions promptly! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place for a large group!!

Wedding weekend!

We had a large group coming to the Island for our beach wedding. The location, size, floor layout of this house was perfect!Several in our group stayed with us. & our host let us have our catered after dinner in the house. Was spacious & comfortable for all!Paula our host is very accommodating, 5 star!

Spacious home

The owner always replied within minutes if i had a question. The house layout was perfect for the group that stayed there. Everyone was able to spread out. The elevator was very helpful with bringing up so much stuff!!

Family spring break

We enjoyed a multigenerational family vacation in this beautiful home! We have one family member in a wheel chair and a couple others with different mobility issues, and this house worked well for us, with the space and the elevator, and Paula was very attentive and caring to our specific needs. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay here again!

This house was great! The location was right next to the beach literally a one minute walk away the town is super cute and also all of the restaurants and such are within walking distance. We had a group of nine teenage girls. My only feedback would be that it would have been good to have another common area upstairs so that the adults and teenagers could have somewhere to be separate, but that was just very specific to our group. I would definitely recommend this house and I would definitely return!

Beach trip Xmas 2022

We had a great time at the Sea Spray! The house was beautiful, clean, and the host was very gracious and helpful. We had 18 people from an infant to grandparents and we had plenary of room, privacy, and a great area for shared family time. Highly recommend.

Family get together

All of our family met this weekend for our Christmas get together. The property manager was really good to work with and immediately took care of any problems. This was the second year in a row that we stayed in the house and it’s always great!

Christmas get together with family.

There were 16 of us who came from Naples, Florida, Charleston, SC and Roswell, Ga who gathered for Christmas. We loved our stay! It was a perfect house for our size of gathering (8 grandkids!!). We would definitely rent it again! And we could walk to the beach in seconds and see the sunrises and sunsets! Perfect!

Absolutely Amazing

We came to stay at the Sea Spray home for my best friend's bachelor party weekend. It was absolutely amazing in every way. The home was beautiful and very accommodating, and the host was the best. Paula did such a great job making sure we were comfortable and gave great recommendations for things to do around the Savannah area. I will 100% be coming back to Tybee Island, and look forward to renting the home from Paula again.

It was wonderful. Everything was quite literally as expected and wonderfully so.

It was simple. Host left very detailed instructions and ground rules to make things easy. We had no issues at all and the home was very accommodating to everything we needed.

Tybee Experience

Took the kids and grandkids for 6 nights. The house was plenty big and set up well for large groups. Paula was exceptionally responsive before and during our stay, keeping us informed and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was wonderful! Shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The down fall is that there is a separate apartment on the third floor, which is quite noisy when they are walking around up there. Even so, I would stay there again.

Beach is just a few steps from door

Wonderful location on Tybee Island. Love the laid back feel of Tybee and this rental is just a short walk to the beach. Seaspray house provided the large open space we needed for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in for our group. Everyone was comfortable and we had ages 27 to 80. The elevator was so helpful also. Paula was so helpful and was able to respond to a questions during our weekend stay quickly. Very accommodating. I will call for future stays on Tybee.

Large beautiful home in great location

Our family loved staying in Sea Spray. It is a large house that is extremely comfortable and very clean. We loved having three sofas in the seating area! All of the bedrooms and baths are large and nicely furnished. The house is located very close to the beach and it’s a short walk to the shops and restaurants near the pier. It has balconies with ocean views which we really enjoyed. And the owner, Paula, is fantastic. We had a small problem and she was responsive immediately and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. It’s truly a beautiful home for a very enjoyable stay at Tybee Island.

Reunion at the beach

This property is exactly as advertised! Steps from the beach! You can have your coffee while witnessing magnificent sunrises! We were here in January and it is definitely the off-season, but there is plenty to do in nearby Savannah. Kitchen was well-appointed and the living area was quite comfortable with three couches (one pull-out) and a chair. Plenty of beds for our group of 12 women. There is so much space in the common area that we were able to have a yoga class with 10 people (+ instructor)! The owner Paula was very responsive to my questions. Overall it is a wonderful home and we will definitely rebook if we return to Tybee!
