Located in a quiet street, you are close to the market, pedestrian streets, shops and the beautiful beach of St Georges.
You can park easily in the street otherwise a large free parking is 100 meters from the house.
The bike paths are numerous and nearby. St Georges de Didonne is located south and 3 km from Royan, at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, this small town is an active resort, with a beach conducive to activities.
This place is a real treat for relaxing, walking along the coast, cycling, shopping, enjoy the beach and a vast pine forest, the Suzac forest - one of the three green lungs of the Royan agglomeration.

It is a commune in the south-west of France, located in the department of Charente-Maritime (Poitou-Charentes region). Important seaside and climatic resort of Royan and the coast of Beauty, on the right bank of the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde and in the immediate vicinity of the Atlantic Ocean, Saint-Georges-de-Didonne is one of the principal economic and tourist hubs of the Greater London area, a city from which it now tends to become a residential suburb.

Des hôtes charmants et attentionnés, une location magnifique et idéalement située, nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Quel plaisir d'être au marché en quelques minutes à pied le matin avant d'aller à la plage, de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin le midi, de déguster les fabuleux parfums de l'Atelier de la Glace le soir devant un concert sur la place de l'église, et de terminer les pieds dans l'eau avant de rentrer ! J'ai également pu faire découvrir Talmont à mes enfants, le village est tout proche (et toujours aussi beau !)Florence et Patrice, merci pour tout !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Tout était parfait, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle à volonté pour 4 personnes. La literie au top. L'environnement calme, entouré de belle végétation.Tout prêt du centre ville et des commerces ainsi que de la plage ! On peut garer la voiture dans la rue en face de la maison, ou sur un parking à 80 m (il y a toujours de la place) et tout faire à pieds. Merci à Tony, qui nous a accueilli pour la remise des clés. pour sa gentillesse, et sa disponibilité. Nous pouvons l'appeler pour un conseil ou un renseignement.Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter..

Perfecte locatie midden het dorp op 75 meter van winkels en restaurants. Het strand op loopafstand 100 meter. Zeer prettige omgeving met leuke markten en elke dag activiteiten!

SĂ©jour parfait dans cette superbe maison

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.Très bon accueil de la part de Tony.La maison est parfaitement bien située à 2 pas du centre ville et de la mer.Elle est très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien.Sa terrasse et son jardin sont un vrai plus, nous avons pu utiliser le barbecue à charbon très facilement.Le stationnement devant la maison se fait sans problème.

Emplacement top, maison agréable

Emplacement top, tout à pied (marché, plage, commerces). À peine 20 minutes de voiture pour ce rendre à Royan. Stationnement facile et gratuit proche de l’hébergement. La maison est très agréable, le jardin est arboré, pas de vis à vis.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement. L'hébergement est très propre et bien équipé avec notamment son extérieur avec terrasse et jardin. Le centre ville avec les commerces et son ambiance familiale ainsi que la plage a moins de 5min sont des atouts pour passer un excellent séjour. Accueil chaleureux sur place et communication facile avec les propriétaires, nous recommandons vivement

Le quartier est tranquille. La maison est très bien située, et très agréable avec sa terrasse. On se sent comme chez soi, cocooning. Commerces de proximité et la mer.

Petite maisonnette superbement bien placée; à 3 min du centre ou de la plage. Le quartier est très très tranquille. La maisonnette est très bien équipée. Le tout dans le tout un séjour parfait. Je ne peux que conseiller. Peut-être pour 4 adultes un peu juste, mais bon. Nous nous étions 2, c’était idéal.
