One block from Lavallette Boardwalk. Short Bike ride/walkable to downtown Lavallette. Short drive, or bike ride to grocery store (Acme). Easy bike ride or drive to Seaside Heights Boardwalk. 2 Ortley Beach Badges. Beach Badges must be returned upon checkout or there will be a $65.00 fee for each lost beach badge. 2 Beach chairs available for use.

Great beach location

This was a great spot in a super convenient location to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Communication with Jennifer was prompt and friendly. Will definitely remember this condo when visiting the area again.

Perfect little getaway!

Perfect for our little family getaway! Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom updated and spotless. Perfect location to the beach (just around the corner), to Barnacle Bills (down the block) and Seaside Boardwalk (5 min car ride). Owners gave great directions and would definitely stay again!

Atlantic Ocean!

I was here for work. Very quiet in the winter which was nice. The Atlantic Ocean was beautiful and it was fun to see walk along the beach and take it all in. Really nice local people.

Wonderful location, perfect space, very clean and convenient.

Rented this 2 bedroom for a visit to my son, daughter in law and granddaughters. I was staying by myself for most of the week but planned to have them over for dinner and a sleepover or two, and this was just perfect. the small kitchen was perfect for a family dinner, there were board games and toys for the kids, and each bedroom had a seperate AC unit to keep comfortable (got into the 80s even in April). The owner was super fast to respond to questions, and the location was fantastic.

Stay at ortley condos

The first night was a disaster because the sewer backed up and there was no water or a bathroom but the owners reimbursed us for that night and the rest of the stay was perfect. Close to the beach. I do wish there was a washer and dryer, that would have made the stay much better and I think they need to replace the beds as they weren’t that comfortable but overall it was a good place to be close to our friends that live near by.

Great place to stay!

The Condo was perfect for me, my wife, daughter, and grandson. AC kept the place cool during a heat wave that we had while there. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Short walk to the beach. 2 beach chairs to use. Shed great for our grandson's boogie board, our beach chairs, and my fishing poles. Everything, including Seaside Heights, was within walking distance. Perfect, perfect, perfect. Jennifer was always an email away and always answered right away. Would highly recommend it!

Place was very clean( new bathroom ) but extremely small. Nowhere to put any bags or luggage. Old rugs in bedrooms Very pretty Rooftop deck that was not allowed to be used. And the only mirror was in the bathroom- problem for a mom and teenage girl. Over all the place was clean and fine to sleep and shower. The landlord was very nice and answered all questions

Great place with great owners

I just would like to say that I enjoyed my stay very much it was perfect in every way the owners I can’t tell you are the best and most understanding owner I have worked with and I stay at places like this pretty often the unit was clean when I got there and they made it clear if I had any questions ask l, so I had a few and they answered me right away and were great the whole time but they also gave me privacy. Anyways my flight ended up getting delayed and they were nice enough to have let me book an extra night just the most accommodating owners I have delt with I would absolutely recommend this unit and the owners . Great location as well you can walk to the ocean in 2 minutes without having to cross any main roads I myself will be staying again next year in fact I am looking forward to it . Don’t miss out on this if you get a chance! You won’t be sorry ohh and plenty of great food locally. Enjoy it like I did !

We had excellent communication with the owners, who were very accommodating. The beach chairs and beach tags were a bonus for us. This was a perfect place for our short stay and our little family looking for something close to the beach. It was close to many restaurants and we were able to walk to Lavallette beach and Seaside Heights. We would probably rent again.

Lovely getaway!

We enjoyed our short stay! Check in/out was easy. I was happy with the extras - games, beach chairs, beach tags, and other typical kitchen items. It was super quiet and such a convenient location. I would stay here again, but would like to see all surfaces, refrigerator/freezer, floors, and the bathroom cleaned a little deeper before. We liked the AC units in both bedrooms as well as the one in the living room. Just a block from Ortley Beach - such a great, clean beach! Friendly people everywhere.

Great location and very cooperative owner. Average property. Single bed was very uncomfortable as was couch. No coffee maker so we had to drive to get coffee each morning. I shouldn’t have assumed there would be one. Silverware didn’t seem very clean. Cable wires were hanging out of the wall and there were some holes in the walls and partially painted areas. Outside stairwell lights were not working so it was very dark at night. Size was fine for 2 people plus a child as long as the weather was good. Otherwise it would feel very confining. We had great weather for late October so took full advantage of the close proximity to the beach. That was definitely the best feature.

Nice place- quiet and convenient!

Overall we had a great week. This property is a short walk to the beach and several restaurants, so that was a definite plus. Check-in was easy and convenient. When we booked it we thought there were two twin beds AND a trundle bed in the second bedroom but it turned out there is one twin and one trundle, so my son slept on the couch. He’s our third child though so he’s used to it! When we first arrived, there was a bag full of garbage on the floor and it was apparent that cleaning had been started but not completed; the floors were dirty and the kitchen table had not been wiped among other things. This may be because we got there early so we were next door at Barnacle Bills eating lunch and mini golfing (great place, btw!) and I got a notification that the place was ready so we went over a little early. I think the unfinished cleaning was just a minor oversight and I usually wipe down everything before we use it anyway so it wasn’t a big deal for me. My advice to anyone who stays here: bring blankets and pillows. The beds were bare and we only found one thin blanket. We knew beforehand that we had to bring sheets but assumed there would be at least comforters on the beds and maybe a couple of blankets in the closets as has been the case in other places we have stayed. Thankfully it was a very warm week so it was not much of an issue. I would still recommend this place as an affordable option for a family of 2-4.
