Full bathroom with tiled shower. Private upper deck with bistro set, large lower deck with patio furniture, umbrella, and gas grill. 4 summer beach badges. Walking distance to restaurants, bakery, shops, mini golf, and close to amusement pier. Please bring your own bed linens, pillowcases, beach & bath towels. 10% discount for first responders.

Very Nice Accommodations

This condo is lovely and the landlords could not be more accommodating and helpful. Condo is a short distance walk to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful....a very nice stay !

Maria was very responsive and helpful. The condo is very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and you are only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. We appreciated the outdoor space and bbq grill too.

This was a perfect place to stay for a week at the shore. The apartment was fresh and clean and Maria provided very clear instructions and was also prompt in replying to our messages. It's about a block and half from beach and very close to restaurant, stores and most importantly a Kohrs Ice Cream store. It has a great storage place under the apartment for holding beach gear and bikes. Very peaceful and quiet location. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful place

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. I was looking for a pet friendly place and not only did it accept our pups, it was so beautiful and clean. You would never of known that an animal was there. It was a last minute trip and we did not have a dog sitter. We would definitely come back with or without our pets. Maria was very kind throughout the whole process. Such a nice person.

Great condo/location

Property was exactly as described ! Place was very clean and accommodating...everything you need is included. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and ample parking and storage space. Owners were very responsive to any and all questions. I definitely plan to rent again.

Great Property!

The condo couldn't be cleaner and has a great location close to area attractions and the beach. Having two private spots was great, as was the quietness of the condo community. Also, the owners are very nice, and they are easy to communicate with.

Great place for a family of four

I would highly recommend Maria’s place. The condo was spotless and in a very convenient place for my kids. It felt cozy and comfortable every time we walked in after a long day at the beach.

Perfect for a week at the beach

Nice new place with new appliances, and a big tv for those rainy days. Landlord’s are very pleasant and helpful. Best part was that it’s one block away from the ocean and so close to restaurants, deli’s and mini golf!

Great Location, Very Clean

The location is spot on. One block from the beach and a few blocks from the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only issue was my own doing... The single bathroom made life a little difficult with 2 daughters and my wife. Other than the common area at the kitchen table, there was very little room for them to get ready for the wedding we were attending. He, live and learn!

Responsive owner, great location, and everything is brand new!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is really new. Best things about the indoors are a good sized and well equipped kitchen, two pull out futon couches in the living area, a huge TV, and comfortable beds. The apartment is part of a group of apartments, so parking is off road. That definitely enhanced privacy. There is a convenient bike rack off the parking area. The owner was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely rent again.
