This BRAND NEW condo is located on the first floor of a nine unit condo building. Condo and ALL furnishings are NEW. The condo offers 6 separate beds (one for each of you). Smart TV & Wifi, Coffee, tea and honey sticks for your morning brew. Six minute walk to the beach! Downtown is a 3 minute drive and a 15-20 minute walk. Wineries are a short drive or have the shuttle pick you up!

This property was exactly as listed. We enjoyed having a dedicated parking space and how close everything was. Since the property is located on Front Street, the sound machine came in handy. With the sound machine, we did not notice the street noise at all. We would definitely return stay again!

Great property

It was a great property for the location but the master bedroom was right next to Front Street so the road traffic was constant all night, no fault to the property owner. Just bring ear plugs for sleeping.

Great getaway!

The condo was clean, well decorated and the perfect layout for our family of five. Love the darkening shades in the bedrooms… helped to keep our littles from waking up at 5am 🙃. We visited during one of the busiest weekends of the year and didn’t experience any issues road noise. Conveniently located near the beach and walkable to downtown. Lynn was quick to respond and very accommodating.

The place was very nice, clean and in a great location. The check-in process was very smooth as well. We were able to walk to the meeting point for the magic bus wine tour and downtown was walkable or a cheap Uber ride. Would stay here again. One thing to note though is there's only one parking spot so you need to make arrangements to park an additional car somewhere else but they have a recommendation for a parking ramp downtown.

The perfect spot!

Lynn was a great host and was communicative and helpful. This unit was perfect for our golf trip and it comfortably slept everybody. It was clean and in a perfect location. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful girls’ trip getaway!

Lynn was easy to communicate with and offered great suggestions for things to do while we were there. The condo was beautifully decorated and was a lovely place to come back to after our days of exploring TC and the surrounding areas.

I want to first say thank you for considering my VRBO. This is my first.. with the help of my daughter I believe your stay at Waves of Blue will fulfill all of your needs. My family and I love to go to Traverse City to enjoy everything it has to offer. Our favorite thing to do is go to the wineries, cross country skiing, and hanging out at the beach. My husband usually goes golfing while I hit the casino! I want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you need anything at all I am a phone call away.

Why they chose this property

I have taken into consideration the bed situation and believe you will will love having your own bed! Having 2 bathrooms and 3 additional mirrors will be a plus too.
The location is the best with the wineries a few miles away and downtown Traverse City is only 5 minutes by car or a great walk within 15-20 minutes.
