Loved the pool and hot tub

Pool area was beautiful, most days we were the only ones there….. being Canadians the not so great weather couldn’t keep us away. We didn’t get much use of the patio though…. The sun was only on it from noonish til 3:00, and we felt a bit like we were in a fish bowl. Thomas was extremely accommodating….. from quickly responding to questions to delivering a few things we requested at check in. Thanks Thomas!

Family get away

The unit was big enough for 5 people nice to have a grill we enjoyed the community pool. Tom was there for any questions and helpful. We would stay there again and would recommend it for couples or family with children.

Wonderful place and beautiful gated community

We loved this townhome and the heated pool and the whole gated community was just wonderful. The owners were really great on communication and everything was already set up nicely so we were able to instantly enjoy some R&R. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our food. We even enjoyed the BBQ on the back patio. The stores were really close so getting groceries was extremely convenient. The beds were really comfy. Getting to park in the clean garage was really nice and secure. My kids loved the huge heated community pool for hours each day. They enjoyed it better than amusement park pools (my kids are 6/7). This place is a winner for our family. Conveniently close to shopping and entertainment. We went to Legoland and SeaLife for the whole day, we enjoyed the citrus orchards at B&B Farms ...yummy dried dates that taste like caramel there!!! We also drove by the Arizona Museum of Natural History but ran out of time to go there. We loved the local playgrounds and one a little further out at Riverview Park. We enjoyed the Desert Botanical Garden as well. Lots of great memories made on this trip and staying at this townhome made it so relaxing. We plan on staying here again!

amazing pools

The location, only a few blocks from the highway, was ideal for getting all around the Phoenix area. The gated community was clean and safe, even though the surrounding neighborhood wasn't the nicest. The pool area is gorgeous and during our early October stay, almost completely empty, so we had the pools and hot tubs basically to ourselves. Tom the host was friendly, easy to communicate with, gracious and attentive to any needs and concerns we had.

Great place for long stays!

Pros: Great location!! Felt really safe for our family and everything was really close by! It was like a mini resort family friendly feel! The 2 car garage was amazing and the house was well kept! Quiet neighbors/neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and the playgrounds for the kiddos. Tom had good response time and communicated well. Even when he wasn’t available, we had a point of contact on hand in case we needed anything. Cons: We had an issue with the check in but once the property manager responded, we were finally able to get in. The dresser drawers were dirty when we got there in each room. The master bathroom toilet room reeked cigarette smell from the neighbor next door, so we had to keep the air fan on. The internet speed is not the best for work from home with tv and other devices running.

Very nice new 2 story condo We had 4 guys for a week during golf tournament stay here. Plenty of room and separate bdrm for two of us nice kitchen (we did not use) owner was very accommodating when I called and needed to get in at midnight the night before check in Highly recommend

What makes this property unique

In the east valley outside of Scottsdale there are very few communities that provide the amenities we have here at the Palms at Mesa. Large heated pool, 2 hot tubs, exercise facility with showers, 2 playgrounds and a clubhouse that can be reserved.
