Super Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir waren schon das zweite mal in diesem Haus und es wird sicherlich nicht das letzte mal sein. Die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen, allem voran die neue Küche und das Badezimmer. Der Jaccusi und die Terrasse sind ein Traum. Das Schwimmbad in unmittelbarer Nähe hatten wir fast immer für uns alleine. Die Tennisplätze haben wir auch genutzt. Für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund ist man über ein separates Tor an den Tennisplätzen sofort im Wald. Kurzum ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wunderbare Woche

Das sehr gepflegte und top ausgestattete Ferienhaus liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage. Angefangen von der hochwertigen Küchenausstattung bis zum Whirlpool ist alles in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Das entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern der Anzeige. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Verwalter ist schnell und unkompliziert. Im Sommer ist der wenig frequentierte nur wenige Meter entfernete Gemeinschaftspool eine sehr angenehme Erfrischung. Das Haus liegt ruhig und verkehrsgünstig am Hang oberhalb des Ortszentrums. Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur Fortbewegung auch innerhalb Saint Maximes ist ein Auto zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus. So sauber habe ich schon lange kein Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Der Garten auch toll angelegt. Die Ausstattung ist auch super. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Man steht auch in den Sommermonaten nicht ständig im Stau. Man kann ihn von hier sehr gut umfahren. Alles in allem ein tolles sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus und ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Maison parfaitement équipée, conforme à la description de l'annonce. Les exterieurs sont tres bien paysagés et l'intérieur vaste et confortable, agencé et equipé avec goût. Emplacement idéal mais qui nécessite de prendre son véhicule, quartier très calme. Propriétaire disponible en cas de questions et agence sur place fort sympathique ! On recommande les yeux fermés, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Gezellig en ruim huisje

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen in het vakantiehuisje, dat er precies uitzag zoals op de foto's. Het is een ruim huis, perfect om met 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners te verblijven. Ook de hond had het prima naar zijn zin. Het terras vooraan is een zeer aangename plek om te vertoeven en te luieren in of rond de jacuzzi. Wil je liever in de schaduw zitten, dan is er nog een terras achteraan. Het feit dat we onze auto in de garage konden zetten was handig. Het huis ligt in een aangename, afgesloten buurt. Wil je naar het centrum of het strand, neem je wel best de auto. Er is voldoende gratis parking in Sainte-Maxime. We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie !

Zeer complete, verrassende en verzorgde woning

Wij verbleven hier 1 week in juli. Het was snikheet maar gelukkig een heel groot en heel rustig shared zwembad op slechts 2 minuten lopen. Vaak hadden we het zwembad voor ons alleen. Ook 3 goedwerkende airco’s in het huis. Charmante tuin met zeer complete uitrusting. Overal kunst aan de muren in huis. Ook de beheerder was zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig toen we een probleem met de vaatwasser hadden. Echt een heel fijn huis.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Netter Kontakt schon im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort, prompte Antworten. Ankunft in einem wunderschönen, hochwertig und komplett ausgestatteten Haus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, sehr schöner Garten, komplett ausbruchsicher für unseren Hund. Hochwertige Aussenmöbel, Tische, Stühle, Sonnenliegen und Markisen und natürlich der geniale Jacuzzi. Der nahegelegene Pool war meisten als Privatpool zu nutzen, da nicht stark frequentiert. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus - wirklich empfehlenswert!

Das Ferienhaus können wir nur empfehlen. Nach einem sehr freundlichem Kontakt und netten Empfang, hatten wir eine tolle Woche in dem wirklich sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte, ans Meer oder ins trau Hinterland zum wandern. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum. Die Anlage ist nett und gepflegt. Tennisplätze und Bouleanlage sind sauber und ordentlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem wichtigem ausgestattet und lässt nichts vermissen. Haus, Garten und Terrasse sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bzw. angelegt. Die Betten sind tatsächlich auch recht bequem. Für Kaffeetrinker vielleicht interessant: es ist eine Nespresso Maschine vorhanden. Den Kaffee gibt es im naheliegender Supermarkt. Vielleicht für den ein oder anderen noch wichtig: Der Internetanschluss ist mit 1 MBit relativ langsam. Streamen war nicht drin, aber für E-Mails und Soziale Medien reichte es vollkommen aus. Für uns war es in Ordnung. und wir würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen!

Frühling in Sainte-Maxime

Ein wirklich schönes und gepflegtes Haus, insbesondere der Außenbereich mit den verschiedenen Terrassen, den Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten und dem Whirlpool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, also perfekt für unseren kleinen Hund. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch die Betten sorgen für einen entspannten Schlaf. Ein rundherum gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super huis, goede badkamers en slaapkamers. Bedden en beddengoed is prima. Alles aanwezig in de keuken. Enige wat niet echt goed werkte was de WiFi. En geen Nederlands tv. Maar ja…. Jacuzzi was ook heerlijk.

Superbe séjour à Sainte Maxime

Un très agréable séjour de 2 semaines dans cette très belle maison, très bien équipée et très bien située, dans un environnement très calme et propice à la détente. Nous tenons surtout à remercier vivement le propriétaire pour la qualité des échanges précédant le séjour mais également pendant la durée de nos vacances. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
