In a beautiful garden maintained by the owner on an area of approx. 6500 sqm with a large pool you will find a beautiful villa in a Provencal style.
A few steps above the pool there is a secluded, charming apartment with its own private terrace. The property is completed, the pool is secured. There are 2 other small apartments with sep. Terraces or part of the garden protected from view. Due to the size of the property, this really is not disturbing. You can only meet at the pool. We would be happy to send you further photos by email. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, yet only 800 m from the center and the restaurants, shops and the sandy beach. The golf course is about 1 km away. 12 km to St. Tropez, 7 km to Grimaud, 60 km to Cannes and 85 km to Nice

Luce war eine tolle, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Pool und der wunderschön angelegte Garten. Hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl und kann entspannt die Seele baumeln lassen.

Die Unterkunft liegt 15 min fußläufig vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ist aber sehr ruhig. Wie beschrieben ist man in dem Appartement für sich alleine. Der Weg zum großen beheizten Pool ist über wenige Stufen zu erreichen. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und für Fremde nicht zugänglich. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ort Ste. Maxime hat eine gute Infrastruktur mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt. Nur weniger als 10 min zu Fuß ist eine Bäckerei. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns wie im Paradies gefühlt. Der Garten um den Pool ist wunderschön angelegt, der Pool ein Traum und unser Häuschen war sehr geschmackvoll und wunderschön . Alles war vorhanden, die Küche super ausgestattet. Am liebsten wären wir noch geblieben! Der Kontakt mit Luce war einfach und immer sehr schnell.

Mazet simple et fonctionnel surplombant l espace piscine....la propriété accessible par digicode vous offre un jardin très bien entretenu et une superbe piscine bien aménagée pour le confort de tous.....Une très bonne semaine, à conseiller si vous voulez à la fois vous reposer et bénéficier du charme de Sainte Maxime !!!!!
