What makes this property unique

You will have this condo ALL to yourselves; very private with only 1 other in the building. You will feel like you are in the BIG CITY with the small town appeal. Spend some quiet time reading near the fireplace, or watch TV while enjoying your dinner in the kitchen.

This loft/condo is located downtown within all the city life (next door to & across from bar/restaurant(s); yet, completely cozy, quaint and a space all to yourself.
