Walk 300 feet to the most Southwesterly uncrowded public beach in the U.S. 20 steps to the beach outside Master Bedroom in gated community, Bird Lovers view of the Estuary across the street. Relax and dine on the Deck with night lights shining from Mexico. Home of the Big Wave surf break. Minutes from Coronado and the famous Hotel Del Coronado and shopping. Jump on the bicycle path or just relax on the beach for the day. Hear the waves from your Master Bedroom. Parking space underneath condo is provided and additional guest parking is usually always available directly across the street from the Unit.
We provide all linens, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware. Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven. Stacking washer and dryer inside condo and larger washers and dryers available in the development as well. please note - our unit faces the estuary and does not face the ocean.

Absolutely beautiful property.

We stayed in this property for two months to enjoy cool 60 - 70 degree temps, walking the beach, visiting local friends, and to sleep with the sounds of the ocean.

Beach House Stay

Comfortable and convenient for the beach during our stay. The atmospheric river of cold temperatures and rain combined with king tides and flooding really put a damper on enjoying the beach. Would consider trying again during more normal weather patterns.

Look else. where for a beach rental. All signs posted say avoid contact with water, sewege contaminated. Photos do not show the real rental. Front deck a mess, Mold on the window sills when open. Screen doors a MESS. Took us over a month to get light fixed over our dinning room table. Living room furnture is way outdated and uncomfortable. Not in a gated community and no view of ocean. No carbon mionoxide.No grab bars in shower, plus water pressure was almost none..Having a difficult time trying to add photos, can text them from my phone if you send me a phone number.

We enjoyed our stay. The property really fit our needs.

We were disappointed that the condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The windows were filthy, the interior had not been dusted, the toilet was not cleaned, and there was a build up of black mold on the water and ice dispenser of the refrigerator. The patio porch was filthy with bird droppings all over the railing and deck. We spent no let than 8 days cleaning that included washing all the windows and window screens. We left the condo after 55 days spotless. We treated the condo like it was our own home and that was not appreciated by the owner.

The condo was cleaned prior to their arrival and I had our housekeeper came back and she cleaned all the windows to their satisfaction. These people are the type that are looking for problems and I met with them and addressed all of them. They wanted to re-book the property for next summer but I turned them down as they nit-pick everything. I would not recommend them at a beach property especially across from a bird sanctuary. They did leave the condo clean and tidy on their departure which we did appreciate.

Great Beach Location

Imperial Beach is a beautiful, quiet beach. The views of the ocean are stunning. The condo could have been cleaner than it was. Patti, the owner, was easy to communicate with.

Fabulous Location can’t beat!

The place was spacious, very private and the location was perfect. We kept the bedroom door open at night and slept soundly with the waves lulling us to sleep. Walking every day on the sandy beaches right outside the condo was such a bonus. The neighbors are all really nice and quiet too. I highly recommend this rental

Amazing beach home!

We loved it so much we extended our stay!! Everything was seamless, the home is fully stocked with everything you need, it’s clean, just a couple steps to the beach, a nice balcony with a grill. Everything we expected and more... I highly recommend!!
