***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

Beach Club

The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium.

Unit #305 is a third floor unit that offers you a beautiful direct view of the water, park, pier, and picturesque islands. You'll relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. You'll have your own private, sunny ocean view balcony.

Clean, great location. A/C was on the fritz. On at least a dozen occasions during our stay we had to turn the breaker off and back on to re-set it. Annoying to say the least, especially when you wake up sweating in the middle of the night.

This beach is absolutely beautiful! The condo is very clean, and the views are phenomenal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or coffee while enjoying the scenery. The location is excellent and convenient. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing beach where you can unwind and enjoy the ocean, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!

We had our grandkids visiting from Chicago and they had not been to the beach before. We wanted this to be a special occasion since we don’t see them very often. So, we wanted the beach experience to be memorable. The views were amazing, the property was decorated with a focus on just that with paintings of the sea. The property was updated and felt contemporary. Amazing! We will be back.

First I want to say I actually booked this on accident and I’m not even sure how it happened.. screen went blue I never hit the book now button then all of a sudden I was getting confirmation emails and since I believe it would have o my been a partial refund I was stuck but with that being said…Check in was amazing and communicated with the host was awesome.. we had an issue with the AC and they were able to walk me through how to fix it. The condo was clean however there was mold in the washer and on the first shower door.. did not seem like it was cleaned by a professional cleaning company and if it is they should find someone else. Another con for me was that all the rules were not listed prior to booking and some of them would have caused me to walk away. One of the biggest cons would be not being able to have the AC under 70 and you can’t run it for more than 12 hours at a time. My family and I are not use to the heat so this actually made the trip miserable but they did have a ton of fans so that was helpful. Parking garage was very secure and I did feel safe even going down alone just keep in mind the parking spits are pretty tight so if you have a huge truck/van practice parking backwards. I didn’t mind not having spices like salt and pepper. There was dish soap and pods for the dishwasher as well as laundry detergent so that was much appreciated. The 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom lasted us the entire stay, we were there 4 nights. Take your own pillows!

Being on the ocean was amazingl! Appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. Only negative would be the kitchen was not stocked well for us to cook all our meals; no fry pan, slow cooker or things like oven mitts and could have used more dishes for kids. Owners responded promptly to our requests. Perfect family unit! Would return.

Perfect Family Location with Stunning View.

Great clean roomy property with all the necessities for a family. Great beach access with basketball hoops & park. Nice pool & jacuzzi. Tons of restaurants & shops near by. Beautiful views & fully functional kitchen. We cooked Christmas dinner & had everything we needed dish wise to do it. Carpet could use a shampoo but with beachy feet I understand the reason why it’s tough to maintain. A few more rolls of toilet paper would have been appreciated but well stocked besides that. Highly recommend & would stay again! Made the perfect Christmas vacation spot!

Waking up to the sound of the beach was truly wonderful, and the place itself was spacious and very clean. That said, it would have been nice to have a few more basics provided—like condiments, extra beach towels, and more than two rolls of toilet paper. If you’re planning a stay, I’d recommend bringing along all the essentials you might need, such as toiletries, seasonings, and cooking oil.During our visit, the pool was closed and there was ongoing construction nearby, which did make things a bit less relaxing. The living room furniture is different from the photos, and the surrounding area does have some challenges, including a visible homeless presence. We did see a few disturbances, so it’s something to keep in mind when deciding if this location is right for you.

The location and views were perfect. This unit is great for your beach getaway. There are several places to eat within walking distance. The place at the end of the IB pier was excellent. The food was delicious and the menu had options for everyones appetite. The unit was clean but did not provide any additional blankets, pillows or staples of any kind. The beach was quiet due to the bacteria in water but if you enjoy walking on the beach this unit is perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

I think location of the property makes it spectacular, but the property itself is ok. A little shabby, things here and there are broken, no basic stuff like salt, sugar, shampoo. But the view from the window makes you forget about that!
