Close to the city center, comfortable apartment comprising 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, cupboards and TV. 1 living room / dining room comprising a sofa bed, armchair and TV, 1 equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge / freezer), 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Terrace. Private parking space. Shops nearby.
