Rental La Cotinière, 40m2 on one level, offering a shared swimming pool, and 50 m from the first beach.
Ideally located, this rental is very close to all shops and restaurants.

Includes:
- a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, washing machine, large cupboards.
- iron and ironing board,
- 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, chest of drawers and dressing room, possibility of installing a cot,
- 1 large hall with 90 bunk beds
- 1 sofa bed with bedding of 120
- duvets and pillows provided,
- Bathroom with shower,
- enclosed courtyard with garden furniture overlooking the swimming pool.

Appartement piscine

Appartement assez sympa avec belle piscine. Proche des commerces et de la plage. Quelques petits problèmes d'égout et volets. Sinon bien dans l'ensemble.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bon. Situé au centre, à courte distance des commerces, des restaurants ou de la plage. La construction ouverte et l'emplacement élevé offrent une large vue. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine bien entretenue, le reste montre son âge. Fissures dans la maçonnerie, plâtre ébréché, murs mal ou non peints. L'appartement lui-même est meublé avec beaucoup d'amour et d'attention aux détails. Les rangements pour les vêtements ne manquent pas, peut-être un peu trop peu. Avec 4 personnes, vous pouvez vous organiser. Contrairement à l'information de l'annonce, le linge de lit devait être réservé en supplément. Au cours de cela, les serviettes peuvent également être réservées, ce qui était un avantage. La douche et les toilettes sont séparées, en face (chambre communicante) se trouve un lit superposé pour 2 personnes (enfants). Malheureusement, l'odeur (eaux usées) était si forte que nous ne pouvions pas laisser les enfants dormir dans la chambre communicante. Le canapé-lit dans le salon était une option mais pas prévu. Le problème avec l'odeur semblait familier, il y avait des diffuseurs de parfum partout. Nous l'avons compris plus tard, il semblait y avoir une corrélation directe entre la ventilation/les ventilateurs dans les toilettes, la douche et la cuisine. Lorsque les fenêtres/portes sont fermées, la ventilation aspire probablement l'air à travers les tuyaux d'égout. A cela s'ajoutait le canal devant la fenêtre de la chambre. La plupart du temps vers 4 heures du matin, la puanteur du canal traversait la chambre. Malheureusement, ces problèmes ne peuvent pas être résolus par une installation, un emplacement ou un diffuseur de parfum agréables et conduisent à une expérience de vacances assombrie. Je recommande une ventilation moins puissante avec des commandes séparées pour les trois pièces. Le conduit doit être équipé d'un système différent ou déplacé. Je suis désolé mais cela doit être dit, bonne chance pour le réparer! Si le problème est résolu, nous serons heureux de revenir.

TRES JOLIE COIN.

La COTINIERE est un super coin,avec un jolie port de pêcheurs , un petit marché avec des produits frais, des producteurs locaux de très bonnes qualités ,les restaurants sont très bon ,boulangeries très gourmandes.Côté villégiature, la piscine est de bonne qualité , taille très correct et a proximité, la terrasse est très bien conçu, malheureusement quelque souci d odeurs, mais le propriétaire va mettre tout en oeuvre pour y remédier. Sinon super coin ,super pour les ballades en vélo (location vélo à cinq minutes de la maison )

Bon séjour

Emplacement idéal, à 100m de la plage et 200m du port et ces commerces. L'accès direct à la piscine est excellent. Merci à Mme Ferland pour sa réactivité.

Logement étriqué, pas très confortable.

Assez déçus.Salle de bain et WC qu on ne peut pas imaginer plus petits..très inconfortable. Logement étriqué. Piscine extérieure non chauffée et fermée.non signalé. Terrasse peu ensoleillée, plante morte,sans intimité, puisque passage des locataires devant on n'a pas eu envie de s'en servir.

Appartement très bien situé, à vraiment 2 pas de la plage et à 5 min du port avec ces commerces et resto. Appartement propre et calme, et joliment décoré.
