Bien, petite maison confortable et au calme. Dommage qu’il soit nĂ©cessaire d’apporter tout le linge : draps, taies, housses de couette, serviettes de toilette, torchons 
 on prĂ©fĂ©rerait payer un petit supplĂ©ment et se sentir vraiment en vacances sans cette intendance
le forfait mĂ©nage est aussi un peu cher 80

Une semaine à vélo sur l'ßle d'Oléron

Nous avons garé les voitures et ne les avons retouchées que pour partir. Entre-temps, nous avons constamment utilisé les vélos pour passer un séjour trÚs agréable.

Petite maison dans une résidence calme et agréable, idéalement située pas loin du centre ville, à deux pas de la mer. Nous n avons pas eu à sortir la voiture du week-end. Intérieur propre et bien aménagé, Propriétaire disponible qui répond à vos questions trÚs rapidement. Je recommande vivement.

Parfait pour visiter les alentours de la Cotiniere

Vraiment bien situé, prÚs du marché et du port. Le prix est trÚs avantageux. Ce logement n'est pas adapté pour les visiteurs outre mer. Il n'y a aucun produit et équipements de base comme les draps et les linges de maison. Qui prend l'avion avec ça? Ce manque était trÚs mal affiché sur VRBO et les communications n'ont pas été aidantes. Si on affichait clairement ce fait et que l'on proposait facilement un supplément pour avoir le nécessaire, nous l'aurions vraiment apprécié. Il manque aussi le WIFI. Hormis cela, le séjour a été agréable.

Excellent séjour en famille, accueillis par une charmante personne qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer sur l'appartement, presque un peu bavarde, et l'hÎte est également une charmante personne proche de ses hÎtes et a l'écoute qui sait s'adapter et donner des conseils précieux pour les visites, allez-y les yeux fermés !

Le logement correspond Ă  la description, en revanche il y a 3 Ă©lĂ©ments qui Ă  mon sens mĂ©ritent attention: - il n'y a pas d'internet dans le logement, cela devrait ĂȘtre prĂ©cisĂ© sur l'annonce. - il est proposĂ© un supplĂ©ment pour les ordures mĂ©nagĂšres. Dans le cas d'une location saisonniĂšre cela devrait ĂȘtre inclus dans le prix de la location ou Ă  dĂ©faut ĂȘtre indiquĂ© au moment de la rĂ©servation. - il n'y a pas de machine Ă  laver le linge, c'est dommage

Accueil par texto et boite à clés, pas convivial. Etage bas de plafond, ne convient pas aux grandes parsonnes (Aïe...) Pas de lave linge et pas de solution donnéée (C'est pas prévu!) : venir avec une valise bien remplie. Aucun ustensil de prévu pour la dégustation de fruits de mer dont c'est la région! Toutefois le gite était propre
