The perfect beach house retreat in the city that never sleeps! The AC Beach House Retreat is walking distance from the famous AC boardwalk. If you like to walk or bike ride the boardwalk this is the place for you! The boardwalk on this end of the island is nice and quiet allowing you to appreciate the ocean views.

This is the perfect home for the family or the friend getaway trip. This townhouse includes a nicely grassed backyard for great outdoor fun. In addition, the house has its own driveway parking in addition to free street parking. Lastly, to top it off you will be staying about 3 blocks away from an Atlantic City beach. Ride your bikes down the boardwalk to the beach or take your car. Beaches on this side of the island have free street parking not too far from the beach entrance.
You and a group of friends want to be under one roof while hitting the many casinos and nightlife Atlantic City has to offer? This is also the perfect house for you. About 2 miles or less from Borgata, Golden Nugget, Ocean Casino, Hard Rock Casino, and Margaritaville. Don't want to worry about driving on your fun filled nights out? The Atlantic City Jitney stops on this block of the street right out front. The Jitney is your way to get up and down Pacific Avenue to all of the casinos.

Please leave all used towels and wash cloths in the washer. Load up all used dishes, cups and silverware in the dishwasher. If you have any extra dishes that do not fit, please clean them.
Please pull trash & recycling bins to the curb on the back street behind the house before leaving if your check out is before Monday.

This property's location is great. You can see the water and boardwalk from the second story windows. Also the beach is a short walk down the boardwalk so you don't have to worry about parking. In addition, this house's backyard provides you an outside space other than the boardwalk to hang out with your family/friends. Lastly, this house you don't have to worry about street parking. The driveway can fit 4 cars.
