Our newly renovated 5-bedroom house (with an additional sixth sleeping area) is built to entertain! From playing darts, arcade games, and ping pong in the garage to cooking up a feast in our brand new kitchen or dining al fresco after grilling up burgers on our 6-burner Weber grill, everyone can have their fun! While inside, stream your favorite playlist on our connected Sonos speakers.



NOTE: The arcade machine is currently down for repairs but don't worry, you can still play with our Ping pong table and Basketball machine!



The Space:

Living Room

Upon entering the front door, you are welcomed by our formal living room with a West Elm sofa, gas fireplace, and mid-century modern decor.



Kitchen

Fresh, white shaker cabinets, gleaming quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances (including a 36" fridge with filtered water dispenser) offer a central location to keep even the largest groups fed.



Dining Areas

After cooking up a feast, everyone can eat from one of two 6-person tables (near each other) or at one of three bar stools at the kitchen island.



Great Room

In the rear of the home, looking out at the water, curl up on our comfy sectional and watch Netflix on our 55" Roku TV.

While we do not tolerate excessive partying (particularly with guests who are not included on your reservation), we welcome bachelor party and bachelorette party groups. Please advise beforehand, and we are happy to make recommendations for your bachelor/bachelorette parties!



We also welcome groups coming to town on golf trips, business/corporate retreats, family reunions, and milestone birthdays.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house (except supply closets)



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in the Venice Park neighborhood of Atlantic City, which is a predominantly residential area on the back side of town, closer to the mainland.



We are a short drive from everything Atlantic City has to offer, from the world-class casinos (Borgata, Harrah's, Ocean Casino / formerly Revel, Hard Rock, Caesars, etc.) to premiere dining to the world famous Boardwalk (spanning 4-miles!). And, of course, beautiful (and free!) public beaches.



Getting Around:

We highly recommend Uber/Lyft for late nights out in the city.



During the day, if you want to drive, most things can be accessed in about 10 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

Things to Know Before Your Stay – Winter Season



In the fall and winter months, Atlantic City can be chilly due to the property’s proximity to the ocean. Extreme cold and snow may occasionally cause issues beyond our control, which might not be resolved immediately. Roads can also be covered with heavy snow, making it difficult to leave the house at times.



Please make sure to pack warm clothing to stay comfortable throughout your entire stay.



Please, please be careful around the water, especially with children. DO NOT USE THE DOCK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It needs to be repaired.



A few things to note about the house:



1) While this is a detached single-family home, we are located in a city where houses are fairly close to one another. Please keep our neighbors in mind with respect to noise.

2) Pets are welcome for an additional pet fee, per pet. Please advise before booking your reservation.

3) Please note that we do not have cable TV, however all of our TVs are Roku-enabled.

4) In an effort to combat noise concerns and out of consideration for our neighbors, we have noise sensors installed at the property to monitor noise levels. We do not record audio of any type. This is strictly to ensure that noise does not exceed a reasonable level, particularly in the evening hours. All we receive is a time-stamped decibel reading. You should have nothing to worry about as long as you're not engaging in excessive partying.

5) Please note that per Atlantic City's rules, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21.

6) Space heaters are provided in the winter for recreation/game room. There is not currently heat connected to that area though space heaters typically allow guests to still enjoy the garage and it's amenities in the colder months.

7) Please note as well that outdoor fire pit is UNDER REPAIR. Guests are not allowed to use the fire pit until further notice.



Interaction with Guests:

If we are not near the property, our property manager lives close by and is accessible.
