Catch the COASTAL BREEZES while sitting on the front porch of this quaintly appointed cottage. The Fins & Feathers cottage is the very essence of ROCKPORT-FULTON. The SPACIOUS interior design is inspired by…the countless species of birds around the FULTON HARBOR just down the road; our new found passion for fishing ARANSAS BAY with our friends; short walks with Cayman (our Golden Retriever) down FULTON BEACH ROAD to play in the field at the PAWS AND TAWS CONVENTION CENTER...just to name a few. All the extra personal touches make this cottage a CONVENIENT and COMFORTABLE place to stay. We provide all your kitchen and bath supplies, linens, towels, and a sleeping mat. We have tried to think of everything you may need so you can just focus on FUN and RELAXATION or those OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES you have in your plans.

Nice cottage near Downtown Fulton.

Nice property, close to Downtown Fulton, close to public fishing pier. Recommended for a weekend fishing get away.

Perfect for family of 4

It was a quaint little stay with plenty of room to move around. Quiet area close enough to everything! Restaurants and gift shop right down the street a few blocks away.

Very nice place.... everything we needed...clean and cool. Slept very well....for three guys in a fishing trip it was perfect for us and very affordable.

Awesome place

This unit was in the perfect location for all the fun and activities. Went down for a fishing trip and enjoyed some of the midlife right within walking distance! A huge plus was the proximity to the pier for some night fishing. Will be scheduling again real soon!!

Perfect!

The rental is a hop, skip and a jump from the water and the Fulton Fishing Pier. The setup and size were exactly what we needed. It was very clean with plenty of immensities. Hope to do it again next summer!

Cute cottage

Very good location, close to the beach, place was clean (though some portions could be upgraded/renovated ) owners are considerate and changed our dates due to a storm without hesitation or extra charges.. very nice sea /fishing oriented decorations in the place

Sleeping arrangement

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable because it was sunk in. My son slept in the car and daugter slept in the chair. The toilet under the seat was filthy. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We will not be back.

We arrived at check in time to a dirty house. The house cleaners had done nothing to prepare for our arrival at all and it took over an hour to reach the owners. This place says it sleeps 6 but only actually sleeps 4. The shower door was broken and the pullout couch was not only uncomfortable but also broken and sagged in the middle. We were disappointed in our entire experience.

The air conditioner when we arrived at 4:15 over an hour late sat at 82 degrees for 3 hours and changed one degree (81) took few hours later when dark at 78 degrees that rules stated. I had problems staying asleep. That was day one, wife complain she didnt want to stay another night, had to remind her we paid already and if i get another hotel with normal a/c on independence weekend would cost us $280 I dont want to bash about other stuff, location was close to pier and resturants

Ideal location

The bungalow was very clean and was walking distance to numerous venues (restaurants and shopping). Their bungalows are on a main avenue but are situated back away from the road that gives a sense of privacy without being secluded from all the action a block away. Would definitely recommend

Relaxing little bungalow, great location!

The unit is perfect for a stay. Loved the large shared deck and BBQ. The unit was decorated nicely and well supplied. Bed was comfy. Loved the location as we are walkers. Walking as least 4 miles a day along the coastal road and out on the new pier was very scenic and relaxing. Great restaurants close by so if we didn’t want to we wouldn’t have had to drive at all once we stocked the fridge and cupboards for what we wanted to cook. Definately would stay again.

Lovely cottage, so nicely decorated. Updated, modern, nice colors and thoughtfully decorated. Close to the water and really good restaurants. The owners obviously love being in the cottage rental business and it shows in the care of their properties.

Wonderful!

This cottage was fantastic. The perfect simple couple get away. The owners are super helpful and their instruction is perfectly detailed. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a nice matress topper for the bedroom. Bed is alittle firm but other than that, absolutely perfect!!! I look forward to our next stay and will definitely stay here again!

Quiet, quaint, and comfortable

The property was as listed. Located a short walk from Fulton nightlife and the pier in a more quiet than expected part of town just a minutes drive gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. I had no issues with neighbors or noise. The home is stocked with the proper necessities to get by for a few days for 4 people, additional shampoo and soap may be needed depending on how much you use. The home was clean upon arrival, more spacious than what expected from the exterior, and comfortable. Check-in process was a breeze and communication with landlords simple with immediate responses. Will definitely stay again on my next visit. Thank you!
