The accommodation is on one level and consists of a spacious and bright living room with access to the outdoor terrace. The lounge has traditional features including a log fire. Beamed ceilings throughout and terracotta tiles. The dining room and bedrooms have unique stone walls that add to the romantic atmosphere of this charming villa. The accommodation consists of a master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Bathroom with shower. Outside bathroom. Living room fully equipped kitchen. Large covered terrace at the front of the house with a built-in barbecue for guests to enjoy life outdoors. Pool with modern saline electrolysis and a large solarium. There are nice views of the surrounding countryside and hills. The garden and pool area are completely private with sun all day.

Einfach wunderschön

Sehr schöne und sehr gepflegte Finca. Da es sehr heiß war, waren wir über den tollen Pool und die Klimaanlage sehr froh. Die Vermieterin war ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Auch schon vor der Reise konnte ich mich mit Fragen an Catalina oder Maria wenden und habe immer eine nette Antwort bekommen. Da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt, war es auch schön ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würde die Villa immer wieder buchen.

Schönes Domizil zum Erholen!

Wir haben 1 Woche in den Sommerferien mit der Familie (5 Personen) in der schönen Villa von Catalina verbracht. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Finca ist landestypisch rustikal eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sauber und ordentlich hergerichtet und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Auf den Fotos erscheint das Gelände etwas größer, als es tatsächlich ist. Aber das tat unserer Zufriedenheit keinen Abbruch. Pool und Gartenanlage werden regelmäßig gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr schön mit adäquater Größe und ein Segen in der Sommerhitze. Die Strände & Häfen von Pollenca und Alcudia sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls ortsnah. Wir haben es genossen, in der ländlichen Abgeschiedenheit zu wohnen und dennoch eine gute Anbindung zu den Hot-Spots der Umgebung zu haben. So konnten wir stets zwischen Trubel und Ruhe wählen. Leider hatten die Nachbarn (nicht einsehbar) während unseres Aufenthaltes zwei Hunde auf ihrem Gelände laufen, die nachmittags viel gebellt haben. Das war zeitweise etwas nervend. Können aber auch nur Mieter gewesen sein. Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir die Villa wärmstens und planen, noch einmal wieder zu kommen.

We loved our stay at the Villa of Catalina. The pool was great. Our kids were swimming all the time. The house was nice and clean. Airco worked perfect and the porch was really a nice place to relax.

Alles hat tipptopp geklappt. Sauberes Haus. Sehr gepflegte und auch Mitte Oktober noch grüne Außenanlagen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht. Gute Kommunikation vorab per email und vor Ort über WhatsApp.

A week in the Sun

This was a fantastic Villa with a very helpful Host. A great location for Pollensa Old Town (which is wonderful) and other nearby areas. The Villa has everything you need and the bedroom air conditioning was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Villa if you are looking to stay in this area.

La location est très pratique et propre. L’extérieur est très agréable composé d’une superbe piscine et d’un jardin très mignon et très bien entretenu ! Idéal pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille ! Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 bébés ! Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et très attentionnés ! Lovely little Finca

Had a wonderful stay here. The villa is traditional, rustic and has everything you would need for a fantastic holiday. The outside area is spacious, has a shaded eating area as well as an outside kitchen with barbecue (and extra bathroom with shower) table tennis and lovely pool that was cleaned once during our 9 day stay (which was adequate) . The gardens are pretty, well maintained and it was a pleasure to spend time at the villa. We enjoyed quite a few evenings here when we couldn't be bothered to venture into town. Catalina was an excellent host, even giving us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Communication was excellent from the start and I'm pretty sure had there been a problem during our stay, Catalina would have rectified it immediately. You definitely need a car here. The villa is in a good location, off a main road running to Pollensa, (about 15mins away, with Alcudia about 25 minutes away in the opposite direction) with no option of walking on the road. However, it's not busy or noisy and the villa is gated so if you are worried about safety for young children, it wouldn't be an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Great location and beautiful finca

This wasn‘t our first time renting a finca on Mallorca. The house was well looked after (with a nice garden) and in a very good location with everything very close-by. I would recommend it to everyone traveling as a family with kids like us. The North of Mallorca has a lot to offer and you will find yourself in a great spot to easily reach many good beaches in the vicinity but you can also go to Palma in just 40 minutes. The very friendly landlady gave us tips for supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and beaches which were all a great choice.

Reizendes Landhaus

Reizendes Landhaus zwischen Pollenca und Alcudia gelegen. Ruhige ländliche Umgebung bei einem grossen Grundstück mit Pool bieten die Möglichkeit zur Entschleunigung, das Haus ist bei 3 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern ( davon eines in einem separaten Badehaus aussen) sowie allen notwendigen elektrischen Geräten gut ausgestattet. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Well-equipped, traditional finca close to beaches/mountains

The property is private and conveniently tucked away between nearby Pollenca and Alcudia, both of which are a short car ride away. It is very well-equipped (including a table tennis table and lovely pool) and very peaceful. The owner, Catalina, could not have been more helpful. Although it doesn't have a view, it is surrounded by its own private garden and not over-looked. Other considerations: the cable TV only has Spanish programmes and there is only one bathroom in the main house for the 3 bedrooms (although there is another bathroom/shower in the pool house) which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some groups.

Genoten van een heerlijke meivakantie in dit schone een gezellige huis met vriendelijke beheerder. Op 5 min rijden van de snelweg, goede uitvalsbasis voor tripjes, dichtbij de prachtige noordkaap. Goed zwembad (beetje koud nog in mei, maar de kinderen storen zich daar niet aan) en zeer goede buitenbarbecue met alles wat je nodig hebt. Bedden, handdoeken, badlakens, alles in orde. Eenvoudige badkamer.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieterin!

Ein wunderschönes, sehr, sehr sauberes Haus! Es ist wirklich alles da was man benötigt, vor allem weil die meisten ja doch mit dem Flugzeug anreisen. Handtücher sind zahlreiche zur freien Verfügung dort! Alles ist eingezäunt und abschließbar! Ideal für ein Urlaub mit kindern! Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett! Man kann sie alles fragen und sie hilft sofort weiter! Der Garten ist wunderschön mit tollen Pflanzen, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man ist sehr schnell überall. Pollensa ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit vielen guten Restaurants. Im Haus liegen auch zu allem Informationen aus! Wenn wir wieder nach Mallorca reisen, dann wählen wir bestimmt nochmal dieses Haus aus! 😊 Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt!
