Thank you very much for your comment. I am sorry that the towels were stained. If we had known, we would have changed them without any problem. They are washed at the dry cleaners and sometimes they have aftersun cream stains that cannot be removed. As for electricity, we decided to charge for electricity consumption, since the clients left all the air conditioners on 24 hours a day to find the house cool when they came back from the beach and we have already had to change the panels several times, apart from the fact that so much unnecessary energy consumption is very harmful to the environment. Now that the clients pay for the electricity consumed, they only use the air conditioners when necessary. Best regards from Mallorca! Francisca :-)

Dear Fariba, I am sorry that your stay was not to your liking. The house has all the amenities one needs for a magnificent holiday, in fact you are the first person in more than eleven years who has such a bad opinion of the house, I suppose it is because you did not see before making the payment on the platform that the electricity consumption of the air conditioners was paid separately, after you called the platform and warned them that you would not pay they told you that of course this was reflected in the advertisement and they even wrote directly to you sending you a screenshot. Our towels are not perforated at all but in one thing you are right, there is no jug in the house, in fact no one had ever told us this, I will take note of it and if you had warned us that the sun lounger was broken we would certainly have fixed or changed it. I am very sorry that you think I am unfriendly, I always try to help my guests in everything I can and I think that I have never had a complaint about it before now. Liebe Gäste, vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar und dafür, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihr Feedback zu teilen. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen die Wohnung und die Lage gefallen haben. Bezüglich des Stroms möchten wir gerne kurz etwas erklären: Wenn man ein Haus mit Pool mietet, ist es leider nicht möglich, die Poolpumpe abzuschalten. Besonders hier auf Mallorca, wo die Temperaturen im Sommer sehr hoch sind, muss die Filteranlage mindestens 8 Stunden am Tag laufen. Sonst würden sich Algen sehr schnell bilden, das Wasser würde grün werden und der Pool wäre nicht mehr nutzbar – und das wäre natürlich weder für Sie noch für die nächsten Gäste angenehm. Der Stromverbrauch der Pumpe ist übrigens sehr gering. Wir haben uns erst dazu entschieden, den Strom separat abzurechnen, nachdem einige Gäste die Klimaanlagen 24 Stunden am Tag laufen ließen, auch wenn sie nicht im Haus waren. Dadurch mussten wir innerhalb eines Jahres mehrere Klimageräte reparieren oder deren Elektronik austauschen. Wir hoffen auf Ihr Verständnis – schließlich möchten wir, dass der Pool immer sauber und gepflegt bleibt, damit alle Gäste ihn genießen können. Herzliche Grüße Francisca

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Selbstverständlich rufen wir den Techniker, um die Abflüsse im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss zu überprüfen. Leider gibt es zu dieser Jahreszeit nach den Regenfällen reichlich Mücken. Wir wollen nicht versuchen, den Einsatz von Chemikalien zu vermeiden, aber wir werden nach einer anderen Lösung suchen. Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Im September und nach den Regenfällen ist Mückenzeit, wir hinterlassen Ihnen einige Geräte dafür. Wir haben keinen beheizten Pool und im September ist das Wasser in jedem Pool kühl, die Sonne scheint nachmittags auf die Poolterrasse, aber da der Tag kürzer ist, wird es früher dunkel als im Hochsommer.
