For added convenience, there is a laundry facility on site with coin operated washers and dryers. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Your stay at Hidden Beach 240 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My small family and I enjoyed our stay at this uncluttered and fuss-free studio. We had stayed at both upscale homes and condos before but found this studio to be more freeing. It encouraged us to get out there without feeling claustrophobic. Plus it is across 30A from the beach, has a beach access right there, and there is also a public beach access about a quarter mile west (we actually preferred to drive over to that one as it had a ramp down to the beach vs stairs).

Stains on the pull out sofa bed and stolen bikes

Deep stains on the mattress. Very disappointing to see four of my bikes stolen. We thought this was a safe area.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex and unit 240 are showing their age. But that is reflected in the very affordable rental price. At a minimum the carpet and couch need replacing. The management company was very responsive in fixing the stopper in the bathroom sink.

Property Image is not what you get.

I have never seen bedding so poor, springs are popping in the mattress,, terriblely Uncomfortable,. sofa is tattered and overly worn. Lots of extra furniture not shown in the image that makes the space cluttered, kitchen utensils and appliances are disgusting. Rented in in the complex many of times but this is the worst!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the check in process was smooth. The place only provides one of all the toiletry items, which we knew from the last time we stayed. There was no roll of toilet paper, no wash cloths and no shower mat. I contacted them and asked for them to please bring those things. They first replied that they do supply those things and they clearly did not. They brought a roll of paper towels and shampoo. So i would make sure you bring all those items because they will not bring you anything that is suppose to be provided. If I’m being fair, it is pretty affordable but don’t expect anything. Great location so I would recommend that for a friend but would caution on zero expectations.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We knew the condo was dated when we rented it. However, it is definitely not well maintained. The carpet and sofa are both stained badly. The shower drain is slow. The closet doors have no glider so do not open and close properly. The two top drawers in the night stand fall out when opened. The bed blanket was dirty. No paper towels provided. Could not watch any sports unless we paid for TV access. Wrong wifi information in welcome email. This is not what we paid for and request a partial refund.

The location is great and the prices are always very reasonable. The beach access is directly across the street, and the walk is very reasonable. Benchmark was kind enough to include a rental credit for a local company that we rented bikes from- we had a blast with them and will definitely do it again. My only complaint, and it isn't much of one, is that the unit needs a refresh. It would benefit from some new furniture and decor, but that is a tiny blemish on an otherwise lovely stay.

Outdated and odd smell

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed in the unit. It had dirty carpet and plastic nailed on some of it . The sofa was not clean and worn out. The bed was very uncomfortable. There wasn’t a bed cover just a thin blanket.The shower handles were so old and dirty you couldn’t read which way was hot or cold. So much furniture it was hard to get around. The tv was in a cabinet and you could not watch from all around. Just the end of the bed. Only one night stand on one side of bed. The oven had a dirty pizza pan in it.I felt like I was staying at a garage sale instead of a beach condo.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed on the property multiple times in the past and this was my first bad experience. Condo smelled when entering and I found multiple uses dental sticks on the floor. Pool area had trash on the ground.The bathroom smelled very bad as well. When booking my trip I called and did not get a call back. I have never written a bad review for a vacation, but I’m not sure I would recommend or stay at this property again.

Perfectly Located Beach Getaway.

Great location, great location, great location. Beach access is literally across the street. The path to the beach is new and is an easy walk even with beach gear. Hidden Beach is very laid back and low key, no hustle and bustle. Biking to Seaside takes about 5 to 7 minutes, add an additional 5 to 7 to get to Watercolor. The Hub is only about 3 miles away and is a family favorite for evening dining and entertainment. If you’re in the mood for pizza and pasta try out Angelina’s just a short walk away...great food. Please keep in mind...this is an older property so if you’re on the second floor get to know your downstairs neighbors. They will hear every step that you take. This was the only challenge during our stay...pre-teen and teen-age boys tend to forget how loud they really are. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and got to know a part of 30A that we had on previous trips only driven through.

We love this area!

We have been visiting these condos for the past 7 years! It is always quite, clean And perfect location! This time was no different! The condo was perfect! We had a great time and can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!
