Great location and love that the property was rentable for just a night. Hosts were very accommodating. The property overlooks the Gulf Place lawn with a large patio. It is next to Shelby's, so it was lovely to sit and listen to the live music during the dinner hours. The unit does not have a full kitchen or full fridge, but we really appreciated the microwave, small fridge & toaster oven for our quick stay, and it is within steps of a number of great restaurants, including our favorite, The Perfect Pig!

This was a nice clean perfect little spot for the two of us! We had everything we needed only steps away and was the easiest walk over to the beach we’ve ever had! To the host thank you for a little welcome gifts they were so sweet!

Great location, beach right across the street. Upon check-in room was extremely warm, as if air conditioner was left off for days. Took over 12 hours for room to finally start to cool down wear it was tolerable to sleep. Small pests/ants all over night stand and TV stand, to where we did not want to use blankets/silverware/or items in the cabinets. Someone's old dirty sock was behind the lamp stand near the bed, making us question the cleanliness. Host was very pleasant and communication was good, but honestly expected more for the money.

The concerns you mentioned regarding the temperature, ants, and especially finding a dirty sock behind the lamp are not the standard I want for my guests. I understand how these issues would have affected your comfort and your confidence in the cleanliness of the condo. When you reached out during your stay, we offered to come by and wipe down everything again and you declined. We certainly would have wanted the opportunity to resolve the temperature issue and arrange for the pest and cleaning concerns to be taken care of while you were there. I appreciate you bringing these matters to my attention. I’ll be reviewing them with my cleaners, so we can make sure these issues are addressed and prevent them from happening to future guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and I’m sorry we fell short of the experience you expected.

Great suite! Very clean and well appointed! The host was super prompt and friendly when answering questions. Great location! Many restaurants within a few steps. Easy check in. Access to private beach entrance across the street. Excellent stay for a single or couple! We enjoyed it immensely!

Three Birds is a wonderful condo with everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts surprised us with a lovely handwritten note welcoming us to the condo and town.The condo is very clean, decorated beautifully, and accessible to everything. We were especially impressed with the close and easy proximity to the beach (both public and private Gulf Place access). Parking was not an issue for us. We hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Littke Birds. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and even a gift from our hostess! It had a very comfy feel and was a great home away from home. The location is excellent, close to shops and restaurants and right beside the walking path. Any questions we had were immediately answered by our hostess. The beach access was right across the street and 3 pools are available.
